DONT GAMBLE WITH YOUR MONEY HERE!!! After giving this place more than a dozen attempts to earn my business, all I asked for was hot fresh food. What I received was cold chicken and soggy half rotten lettuce. When contacted, the management made no apology, and made no attempt to make the situation right. I guess theyre too busy slinging out "fast crap" instead of taking time to ensure they do their jobs to put customers first with hot, fresh food. Funny thing is, I dont receive this service or food quality from the Haywood, Mauldin, or Simpsonville location; although I havent been back to any of them since the last wilted, rotted salad incident. Im not headed back anytime soon.

I dont live in the area. I work out in the community and I was making a home visit to see a patient. Decided to stop for lunch. It was the longest wait I ever had at a Chic fil a amd I go often. Then it was a guy in the drive thru who couldnt maneuver its brand new truck so I had to wait on him 3 different times in order for me to be able to pull up in line. But I have to tell you; they made up for it once I reached the window. My lunch was on the house. I still had money in hand and I was shocked I dont think I said anything or made any facial expressions. But now I want to take thank opportunity to say thank you.

Its been about 4 months since they forgot to give me my drink at the drive thru. The manager called me originally and made it sound like it was my fault for not asking for it but it was about 7AM and I was not thinking about it. I paid for the drink when I was at the restaurant. He then proceeded to tell me they would take care of it. 4 or 5 months later I have never heard back from him. I will never eat at this chick fil a again but will go to others that have better customer service.

Nothing really special about the food (we went for b-fast.) The service was OK but the portion size was way to little for me I had to actually go somewhere else afterwards because it had little to no effect on my hunger. I would advise perhaps adding some options for people who are over 5 ft tall cause we tend to eat a bit more. I could literally wrap my entire meal inside my closed hand, biscuit and hashbrowns.

They are a great location. Lunch time is always so busy in Greenville. They make the extra effort to be organized, efficient and so sweet. A place that has employees coming to your car to help get your order placed faster, your food is fresh and hat, then getting out would probably be crazy, but they have a path set up with signs. The only thing I would change is just making their location bigger.

Great service, great location, doesnt have a dining room because it used to be a Checkers restaurant which are known for that type of outside vs inside dining area to keep building costs down. But the space DOESNT have room to build on so its not a big deal.

Stood for fifteen minutes in the sun waiting to have my order taken, ignored by a room full of ten plus employees. No inside location or spots to plug in. Only place to sit was a dirty table between the drive thru entrance and exit. Will not return.

The service was great! But go through the drive thru during rush times. The time you save by going to the walk up window will be lost by the amount of time you spending waiting to get out of the crowded, congested, parking lot.

Always crowded so my only issue is that it can be a little cumbersome to navigate through the parking lot. The people are extremely polite and I have never left with a "fowl" taste about my decision!

The traffic flow was difficult at lunch time however they were very fast paced and I hardly had to wait despite the large number of vehicles present. *This is drive through only, no dine in option*
