My husband and I have ordered from this restaurant several times and were usually disappointed. As noted by others, the orders are frequently mixed up, ie. subbing extra crispy when original was requested, mixing different coating types in one box, etc. The chicken usually tastes as if it has been held too long and they are frequently "out of" a particular breading type at peak service times. The employees general demeanor is, though polite enough, sort of checked &/or spaced out. As noted by other reviewers, no helpful suggestions nor condiments are ever offered. For what you get, the pricing is high. Considering that you can get an excellent whole fried chicken, 2 sides and rolls at Publix for around $11 we will henceforth be going THERE for our FC cravings!!

And still proceeded to overcharge her after getting everything about her 18 dollar order wrong. There were no apologies to her or the person behind her or us. It was 6:30 pm and NOT busy. My bf finally walked out after 20 min. without even placing his order or having the lady in front place her order. Whatever happened to customer service. That poor woman should have got her meal for free...and apologies for a completely frustrating experience. I will not waste my money there again!

I eat at KFC often, it is one of the only restaurants in the Riverview area near my work. Today I went through the drive thu and this food is HORRIBLE. The biscuit is soft, I got a tablespoon of mashed potatoes and a gallon of gravy,my 3 pc tenders came with only 2 tenders !!! I am so disappointed, this was a late dinner for the family and it does not qualify for a family dinner.

Purchased a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes through drive thru.Received potato wedges instead of mashed potatoes.Sanwhich was sloppy made with the bacon coming off the sandwich,when I opened the sandwich there was a inch and a half hair inside the sandwich.Gross,will never go back.

They tend to screw up orders a lot. And never offer thing like a sauce for popcorn chicken or butter when you get biscuits. They now dont even have real ice tea. And they dont tell you, plus this is the worst fake tea I have ever had.

Ordered six chicken strips, had to request sauce, received two packets only, had to pay additional $1.07 for four more. My complaint was not well received there. What an asinine policy. Who knows what other corners they cut...
