I went thru the drive thru. When I placed my order the girl was nice and helpful. I ordered a two piece leg and thigh with potato wedges and sweet corn, a 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes and green beans with a drink, and a chocolate chip cake. I was told that they were out of the cakes until tomorrow so I asked for the dozen chocolate chip cookies. When I got to the window for pick up and payment, the girl there handed me a bag with the two meals in it...I should have checked it when I was there but I didnt because you have to have some trust in the workers. She took my payment and told me to have a nice day. I said I still needed my cookies. She looked at me like I had my whole order. She had to look at the screen again to see that I didnt get my cookies...like she didnt believe me. Then she handed me another bag with each cookie in its own little bag. Upon getting home I opened the two piece...no sweet corn. The 3 piece was okay but only got 11 cookies instead of a dozen. Two mistakes in one simple order...not good. I did not call to complain because they would just say their sorry and I could come back...no I dont want to go back. I should get what I order the first time. There should be a second check before the bags are handed to the customers so these mistakes dont happen. When the customer gets home with their meal(s) you have to understand that they dont want to get back in their car to go back to make the order correct...they want to eat and relax after their work day or they have to eat and run onto their next activity of the day. I will probably go back one day but I will check everything before I leave...what a pain...

Went through the Drive-thru this time since inside always needs tables cleaned and ordered 4 famous bowl fill-ups to take home. Three of them are so skimpy looking and 2 actually look like they are just leftovers, thats how empty they are! My husband has eaten these from different KFCs 3 times just this week while working and they are always full. I can barely finish one normally but I just ate mine with no problem and am actually still hungry. They forgot one of the drinks too and we had to remind them, not the biggest deal but it wasnt even busy and there were 4 or 5 workers in there so understaffing or rushing wasnt an issue. You can see them make the bowls from the window but you cant tell how much they are putting in them so didnt realize the problem til we were all the way home. Really disappointed. Ill go to a different one next time too.

Went through the drive thru and got chicken tenders. They didnt ask me what sauce I wanted for my dipping sauce so when I got to the window I asked for my dipping sauce and she grabbed the bag back and said we need to modify it. Then she handed it back and the gravy which was my side was spilled inside the bag so I told her and she said "hand it back!" And i said wow thats really nice and she just closed the window then another worker handed me the same bag back. She was rude and never once said hello or created me at all . she only spoke to be rude and tell me how much I owed. Then to be given back the same bag with gravy all over it is unbelievable.

I have been there twice in the past week and a half. On each visit one late evening and one early afternoon was very polite and friendly. I dont understand some of the other comments. We have visited this store a few times in the past and again treated in a polite and courteous manner. However while waiting in the drive thru on one visit 2 employees sat on the ground next to the door smoking. Im a nonsmoker and didnt appreciate the cigarette smoke coming into my vehicle. Other than that I have no complaints.

My husband and I were just there having lunch 1:15 pm. My husband ordered while I went to the restroom....eeek very NASTY the doors and floor were just filthy dirty black!! Then I sat down with my husband almost all the tables were not clean, the windows had finger prints on them, the floors were filthy dirty. When we left one of the girls was starting to sweep the floor. She walked right by us and did not say a word to us as we left. Terrible customer service. The place needs a good scrubbing!!!

The service was very bad. The employees seem that we are such a bother to them to come in. The food they serve is very old and stale all the time never making fresh food. The store was very filthy, tables were not wiped, bathrooms were just as worse. You may as well shut this store down. Its that bad. Never going there again. I will go to Amherst.

KFC is already not a very good place to get chicken. BUT THIS PLACE SOMEHOW MANAGES TO BE THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. Thats really all you need to know. They never have tenders. She told me they were frozen.. it was 2 hours to close.. and correct me if Im wrong but when I was a cook I fried the tenders FROM FROZEN..

I wouldnt even rate this a 1 star lol. Their service is horrible & they threw everything into my $5 fill up box & got gravy all over everything & made my biscuits soggy. This place needs to get their workers together to do their job correctly because thats what they get paid to do. I will never go back

I got to wait more than seven minutes to place an order with one customer in front of me. I should have left my famous bowl had no corn they had no cookies so I got a hockey biscuit terrible experience would of been better to gas station shop for food. Awful time

Absolutely disgusting, facility is so dirty no clean tables, poor service, workers arent friendly, went to sit down and have dinner with my family after a long day and there was no where to sit. Smells horrible. Will never come back to this KFC GET IT TOGETHER

Horrible. The service sucked, employees were arguing with each other in front of customers, they ran out of everything and only make enough to last a few minutes, they dont come out to clean the tables, and I probably wont come back to this KFC

This place is disgusting! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The workers dont care and when you come in they treat you as you are a bother. I dont know how this place stays in business, I for one, will never return to this nasty place.

Went thou the drive they where so rude and disrespectful the store was so dirty and the manager told me I had to leave because I asked who was the one thats was bring disrespectful on the mic they laughed at me and said I had to get out

We just left this place and after ordering our food on a Friday at 5pm they tell us they are out of dark meat only beat and wings were available as we stood there for 20 min watching all the employees just standing around.
