I walked in with my friend and it was dead silence. It seemed like the employees were at a funeral. My friend went first and tried to order something she saw online on their website. Phyliss who was taking the order, told her in a bitchy way that they dont have that. So, she changed her order to a number 7. She got her food, but then didnt get the cup for a drink. So she had to ask for it. Then I went up next to order and stood for a good moment waiting for Phyliss to look up from playing with the register. Then another employee came over and finally took my order instead. I didnt think I was a ghost... However, once we left and ate our food. It was good and tasty. So if you can stand the staff and not mind being treated like crap. Then its the place for you.

I love KFC ... BUT !! The problem with this one is that you get over cooked chicken and the mash potatoes look like theyve ether been there for a week or it haft powdery ... dont get me started on the biscuits.... Im sorry guys but every time I come there its like that. . No one there knows how to cook there... Ive complained about the problem but I guess no one really cares.... I dont want them to replace my food .... I just wont them to larn to cook it......please!!!!! So After 3 times Ive gotten sick .... I cant go back anymore ..No matter how much I love KFC this one is off limits. . By guys. ...

The jojos were hard had to stop eating them thought I was going to break a tooth. Ordered extra crispy got original. Ordered a 9 piece bucket received an 8 piece bucket 2 breasts 4 drumsticks and 2 of what I think were wings. Also ordered chicken strips they were overcooked/dry. At least the biscuits and the green beans were good. Ill never buy from here again ill go to the Strongsville location.

I work across the street at Toyota, I come here often for lunch, excellent customer service, and I always get my food warm and quickly, the cashier Daniel is always really nice and professional and every time I refill my drink before I go, Daniel asks how my lunch was, which never happens at any other fast food place I go to! Its the little things that count! He deserves a raise!

KFC - Fantastic Chicken! They mashed potatoes and gravy are pretty good too. The service at this location has continued to be outstanding. Its close to home and quick. it has been many of quick dinners at my place when something has not come out correctly for dinner.

The floor and tables where very sticky. The floor had oil, and someone could have slipped. The staff is lazy and overcharged me. This location is terrible and disgusting.

The place was disgusting. The floors were sticky/slippery. The seats were sticky and it was hard to find a clean table. Actually lost my appetite because of that.
