Ordered a #10 orginal for dine in, received it as a to go. Open the box expecting fresh cooked chicken. Yeah right. Must have been yesterdays chicken so dry it just balled up when you chwed it. Beans had a heavy film on them like they had been in the hot box for 8 or more hours. This place has and is going down hill quickly. Second time in 2 months. Never again.

Food was good. Service was great! A gentleman in a wheelchair had just finished his order when we walked in. We were promptly greeted. When the mans food was ready the cashier asked another employee to run the register and she continued to help the gentleman to a table, carrying his food for him and getting him a drink.

Received out of date cake from neighboring KFC both owned by same franchise tried to exchange with product and receipt and was told no I had to drive ten miles back to other store. I called the other store and they even said it was petty of them to not trade it out. I used to go to this store weekly but never again!

Drive thru needs to focus on order at the window. Server taking next order while taking cash and filling my order. Did not receive food I paid for. Server was pushy trying to rush the transaction. Food was chewy and dry like it had been sitting since lunch. Worst KFC I have ever been to.

By far the rudest crew I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Its no wonder that the restaurant is virtually vacant at what should be the peak dinner hour. The chicken was ready for disposal instead of sale. I recommend driving another 8 miles to dine at a real KFC.

Dont go 30 minutes before closing unless you want old stale food, and limited selection. They stop cooking about an hour before close. They staff is usually good.
