Horrible service. Girl who took my order was so rude, even her own co-workers were chastising her for her bad behavior. Chicken was old and greasy. Runny instant mashed potatoes and green beans swimming in some type of thick, disgusting liquid, (maybe also old?). Dining room was filthy. Every single booth and table were dirty. People must have been cleeaning up their own garbage because there was no trash but not one table had been wiped down and all were full of previous diners food crumbs. The only table suitable enough was a table with chairs and when I sat down and tried to pull my chair up to the table I felt what seemed to be old crusty food and gum on the bottom of the seat; as if they had never, ever been wiped down and my appetite was lost forever at that very moment. All bad at this store. Management really needs to get it together here! This is the closest Popeyes to where I live but I wont be going back there and Im not traveling out of my way so I guess its no more Popeyes for me!

Horrible customer service. Better off going to the north olmsted restaurant. This one is clearly short staffed. The staff that is there has no idea what they are doing. Dining room cashier was overcharging everyone. Order a combo.... if she rang it up as a combo she charged extra for the sides and drink. I ordered a combo and she rang it as chicken only. At least the chicken was hot and fresh.

The employees thought that they were better than everyone. They were very rude. I ordered a combo dinner with a side, a biscuit, and a drink but never got my biscuit or my drink. When I asked for extra napkins they acted as though it was a problem from to get them for me. I asked for some honey and butter was very rudely that they dont have any.

This place sucks so bad. I love Popeyes,dont eat it that often due to diet but when I want to cheat and go to Popeyes is just they dont even know how to present their self while a customer is on the menu ordering.they sound like they dont wanna be there!! Food always is wrong .never get what I order. Is just crazy. So furious

Horrible ! Order food with my friends and they totally mixed our orders up and we were waiting on our food for 15 mins . why should i have to wait that long if you didnt make it fresh? I hate that its the only popeyes by me but i will travel if i have to . i need to talk to the store manager because that has to change !

This location has gotten extremely bad! Very rude workers and management and the chicken is awful. Always taste old and cold. Its like they cook the chicken 4-5 hours ahead of time and let it sit. There is always plenty of chicken, yet its always old tasting. Horrible customer service!!! Ghetto... I wont be back here!

Really like THIS Popeyes. Perfect food, good discounts, nice people. The Popeyes on Clark can only beg to be this good. Clark location was out of shrimp, fish, and white chicken, but was not out of their usual rudeness. Unbelievable difference in restaurants. Love, love, love Loraine location.

The service there is HORRIBLE. The workers are loud and ghetto. The other day in front of customers the MANAGER WAS ABOUT TO HIT AN EMPLOYEE!!!! They need new workers and management. Its unprofessional and Im fling to make sure A LOT of people hear about this.

We drove down from Westlake for two 3 PC. white dinners and came home with two 2 PC mixed. We dont eat dk.meat so basically we each had a one PC. Dinner. I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone to complain. I will be going down in person tomorrow! mixed

Get the butter biscuits! Be careful, the mashed potatoes and the red beans and rice have pork in them. The chicken is great, especially with the spicy seasoning.
