Got the $20 meal deal took home had just wings and legs 1 thigh no breast. Got 1 bucket of coleslaw and two brown gravy. No biscuits at all. Called manager and his statement to me was well sir we are not perfect. So I drove 9 miles back up there and was told they couldnt help me out cause we ate the biscuits and open the coleslaw. So I will never use this KFC again when they make mistakes on your order and turns the blame on the customers and refuses to admit they made a mistake! On top of all that they made me feel like I was a crook or was trying to get one over on them.. make your own choose but hope you never get the customers service I got for my family!!!

I love KFCs Chicken Pot Pie. However, this particular KFC must NEVER sell them. Literally, every time I come here to get one, theres a 22 minute wait. So this time, instead of waiting 22 minutes I opted for the the $5 fill up tender meal. These were the smallest most dried up tenders Ive ever gotten from any KFC. The staff realized how small they were because they gave me 5 instead of the 3 it comes with. This KFC never fails to let me down. 3rd strike. Whats sad is I get better fried chicken from the Publix on Kingsway. Always in stock, always fresh and always BIG!

This location up charges you for any side that isnt mashed potatoes or cole slaw. The cashier was taking orders, going back to complete the order for the customer and then on to the next. They are completely understaffed so it took forever to get through the line. There is a sign posted in the back saying employees must bring their own cup or purchase one. Will not be going again.

When I first walk inside to the store, its smells like ransid grease and it was dirty. After leaving the place with the food didnt even have chicken in it..... the main part of the whole meal. I wish i could give this place zero stars

Ive been here more than an few times where they didnt have the item I wanted available i.e. chicken pot pie or grilled chicken. Thats not a phenomena exclusive to this location though, it seems to describe the chain as a whole.

No complaints on service but this place needs inspection.. Back kitchen very nasty ... Window frame nasty with dead Flys. It looks more as a dirty gestation than a KFC.. I HOPE CORPORATE OFFICE READS THIS REVIEW...

Horrible. Employees are rude. Very nasty as well. Dead flies everywhere. This place needs to get an inspection. Tables are dirty. Bathrooms are nasty. By far the worst fast food place Ive ever been.

This location always runs out of chicken near closing. The store is always not getting the order correct through the drive thru. Hours of operation need to change its only open until 9pm.
