I received a two for one mailing for this restaurant so a friend and i went in and ordered two margaritas, an appetizer and two entrees. Within a matter of minutes a very sizzling platter of fajitas came out ( my order) and it was extremely obvious with the charred and dried look of the chicken and beef that it was someone elses meal that they were trying to pass off on me. When i asked why my meal was ready ( combo fajitas) but not my appetizer or the other entree (gr. Beef hot tamale burritos and cheese taquitos) the waitress stated it was because they start to cook it the second i order it ( electronic entry of my order was 1. Drinks 2. Appetizer 3. My meal. Then my friends. So i asked her do they also burn it the minute i order it too? Thats when she asked if i wanted a " new one"..... we walked out because even for FREE, Im not going to eat leftovers!

EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, THE FOOD IS EITHER COLD, OVER COOKED OR TAKES FOREVER AND A HALF AND I GOTTA GO BACK TO MY JOB WITHOUT EATING. I HAVE GIVING THEM SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES. THE STAFF NEVER KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. YOU CAN FEEL THE TENSION BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGERS SO MANY TIMES, YET THE SERVICE STILL SUCKSm I AM SO UPSET THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK WITHOUT EATING, SINCE THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE OVER 25 MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. I ENDED CANCELLING AND ASKING FOR A REFUND. HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 5 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE ON LUNCH BREAK!!

Terrible customer service. The cashier was an unprofessional young man and than I waited 20 minutes for my food, the person I was with finished their entire meal before I recieved mine. I finally recieved mine and the order was wrong, she became irritated with me because I mentioned the order was wrong, asked me what I would like and all I asked for was a small side of guacamole and she never came back with that. So dissapointed, will not be back to this Aventura location.

Delicious! The fact that you see the employees eating at the restaurant means a lot. It means the restaurant is very clean!! The flavors are amazing together. I always get the veggie options and its delicious. They combine sweet and spicy very successfully. Definitely try the cinnamon rice drink that they have in the front. It tastes amazing. It kind of tastes like rice pudding. The people who work there are really cool, too.

The food is good but the attitude of one if cooks is terrible. I had to call the manager over to ask this employee to stop using foul Ianguage as well to lower his voice the only ones speaking really they were this cook and another cook coming to work. Un-acceptable. This cook should must sent home. I believe the manager on duty spoke with him but same attitude loud and arrogant

I enjoy the taco salad but each time Im here, service has been inconsistent and lacking. It seems like the employees are not prepared and dont pay attention. I have to ask for things twice. I came for lunch today at 12:15 and there were no forks available with my lunch. How can I eat my salad? I got the ground beef this time. The grilled steak is much better.

Worst service ever!!! I placed 2 orders for fajitas to go... The cashier decided to not add tortillas...so when i got home 1 only had meat in my bag... Mind you i paid close to $30 and i live a town away. I called to speak to the supervisor who told me to drive back cuz he could not do anything for me just because i didnt get tortillas... Worse service ever!!!

The staff was clearly rushing us, the food was the same quality as Chipotle (despite being very expensive), the drinks were also expensive and half of the fountain drinks were "out of order", and lastly they dont even offer the classic refillable chips and salsa... How can you not offer refillable chips and salsa at a Mexican place?

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! The lines are never to long like at chipotle. The seating is open and they have a lot of outdoor seating which is a plus to me! The cutover service is excellent they are constantly picking up your plates that you do not need at the table and are always offering their assistance.

I went here for the first time on Monday for lunch expecting a nice time. The seating and menu was new to me. I asked one of the employees questions about both and received dirty looks with an even worse attitude. I was willing to over look the event if the food was good, but that was awful too. Dont waste your time here!

Wow, Ashley one of the servers was awesome. She asked me if I needed help & I mentioned the burrito did not have enough fish, etc. She jumped on the problem. Had the cooks make me a new one & it was a perfect burrito. I really like Salsa Fiesta. Glad they are in the North Dade community.

Man! I really like this place but, something is always wrong with my chicken..... its like rubber The last time I noticed it tasted funny I was hungry so I just ate it.. two hours later I was projectile vomiting :( this time Im complaining

I order through uber eats and also for pick up.. they never complete the order. Im always missing something.. tortilla soup with no tortillas.. ordered guac cream, no guac cream... no chicken flatuas.. the workers here suck

Dont take an order 5minites before close if you are going to slap it together ..... actually my quesadilla didnt even stick together and add huge chunks of peppers and onions as the only vegetable on a vegetetrian one.

Staff is alway friendly. My favorite Mexican place to go to. Food is fresh. Mexicano burrito is a favorite of mine. Salsas are delicious and so is the cheese. The pico de gallo is always fresh and very good.

Ordered 2 tacos and chips and salsa $15!! And it had absolutely no flavor. The salsa was basically water and the tacos didnt taste like anything. Taco bell has better tacos. dont waste your money

Terrible food. I ordered 2 fish tacos. Honestly, each taco had less than an inch of small fish. Paid $9.89 for chips, 2 corn tortillas and sauce. Would not go back, would not recommend this place.

Ordered today with UBER Eats. I ordered 3 different types of tacos. Only one out of 3 was good. The other two were really bad. The ingredients did seem fresh but just not good in my opinion.

Food is really good and incredibly fast. Food is not spice at all, but they have sauces and other spices available. Chamacos is great for kids. Mayan Roll for desert is delicious.
