Rude people. Not my first visit but definitely my last. Been here couple of times, used to live close by. Most of the time, and I do mean most, the order is incorrect. My wife is picky. Likes her food a certain way. We have to go in. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru. When you do go in... I say again. Rude people. My suggestion is, go to another location. Theres one just east, or south or north. All about a mile away. Worth the extra mile.

My daughter and i had a wonderful experience here today. Everyone was polite especially the cashier Latasha Kinard. She offered to dumed my tray when my daughter and i finished our meal. I even saw her take a couples tray of food to them while they were tending to their daughter. The restaurant was clean and nice. The customer service was outstanding i will definitely be going back.

I went here because I was craving a soft taco. I said no sour cream the lady repeated my order and it was correct on the screen I get my taco and whats on it SOUR CREAM. I didnt have the energy to argue I just threw it away and I will be calling the corporate office filling a complaint.

Service and food was horrible. They put the salad in the bag sideways. Havent been there in awhile. They need to get the order right and stop trying to beat the clock and make the customer pull ahead to get off the sensor. Will not go there ever again.

Worst taco bell ever. I place my order of 2 items and it takes 10 minutes to make. Guy behind me orders 4 things and it takes 2 minutes. Poor management that allows employees to sit on their hands when they should be filling orders.

I ordered a beefy Frito burrito. The chips tasted stale in the burrito. The restaurant was also pretty dirty. Ironically not the tables just the floor and counter. I shouldve snapped a picture.

I can say this particular location is very old and is need up upgrading... On everything. The food was served quickly and fresh but they need to redo the building very soon.
