I ordered online for a pickup at 1:30PM. I arrived at 1:05PM. I usually order for pick up so I can skip the usually long lines. This time I was a bit too early for my usually time cheat. The line was almost out the door. This is usual for a Chipotle lunch run. I believe every Chipotle gets slammed. I hopped in the back of the line, started playing around on my phone, and 5-minutes later, I was being asked what I wanted. They are sooooo efficient at Chipotle. The taste stays the same. No matter how long the line is, it moves quickly. I love Chipotle. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because it would have been amazing if I still had my order prepared immediately, since I arrived early. No line experience to right about. Since that didnt happen, I dropped them a star. Still great food and service. But not a dreamy experience. :-)

The line was long but moved pretty fast,so that wasnt an issue.The food was terrible, I;m sorry but it truly is an acquired taste that has to grow on u in a span of a lifetime!! I heard from a friend that chipotle was soooooooooo good.and I beg to differ, dont get me wrong the food is fresh but its not something that ill have a craving for, and the guacomole dip is tasty, but the chips will send your blood pressure threw the roof theres more salt on the chips than in the ocean!geesh! I have asked five other people how they feel about this restaurant and they agree it def isnt your favorite place to eat.....Ill take On The Border, over this anyway of the week.Google it if youve never heard of it and experience the difference.

After Karl told me I can no longer work with chipotle.He went around telling coworkers he was scared to fire me because he thought I would do voodoo on him.Which absolutely disrespectful and racist just because I am Haitian doesnt not imply for anyone to judge me or fire me because they are afraid part of my peoples culture.If chipotle is unable to do something about this corporate will.How can Chipotle stand for something and people who represent them is being racist and trying to justify himself for firing me. Although this altercation the food is good.

This chipotle location was once the place to go eat with a girl or your family. However; tonight and as of late, this particular location been very stingy with the MEAT AND FREAKING RICE! Like come on, Stevie wonder can see that you stingy with the meat!! They will pack you up with BEANS AND LETTUCE BUT NOT THE GOOD STUFF! I promise, I will let all my friends know that attend fiu to go to Aventura location instead!! Aventura may lack in staff but they not stingy with the MEAT! F*^k the north Miami location!

im a huge fan of the food at chipotle. this was the second day in a row i visited this particular location after my regular 3 mile run. as a service veteran i expect a little more common decency in regards to customer service, especially on veterans day. the rice was undercooked and i was spoken to and treated in a condescending manner at every level by the employees. Theres other locations that you can go to besides this one if youd like to avoid poor treatment by ignorant people.

I absolutely hate this chipotle. Every time I walk in the lines are out the door! The employees are rude. They dont listen I ask for steak they give me chicken. When I correct them they just add the steak. Every single time I order a burrito they never can roll it. They just try to double wrap it! Nobody wants double the carbs. Sucks Sucks sucks! This place is always a mess. Food on the tables, garbage on the floor. DISGUSTING! SUCKS the one further on Biscayne is way better.

ive been in line for 20 mins is huge. there are two people serving everyone while 4 employees are siting down having lunch cracking jokes while the costumers have to suffer the wait. i have nothing against employees enjoying lunch but is a problem when they put service at risk. they could have take it 2 a time. 2 PEOPLE WORKING 4 SITTING DOWN WITH A 30MIN LINE. GREAT JOB GUYS

It has never been that great of a Chipotle, but this specific location has gone waaaay down hill recently. The staff is very slow and never really seems to care. A bit disappointing considering it is the closest one. In addition, it is very messy compared to the numerous Chipotles I frequent in South Florida. It all starts with management.

They dont have knives and spoons readily available. Instead theres literally all forks. When I asked about it an employee told me they no longer put spoons and knives there because they were losing money, and that you have to ask at the register if you want a knife or a spoon.

Love, love, love this place. Employees arent rude and its close to my house. Only thing is the faucet in the mens room shoots like a fire hydrant if you dont turn it low so you leave the bathroom looking like you didnt make it to the toilet in time

The staff here always has a smile on their face and they always do their best to help. The tables and area around them are clean and the food is of course delicious! They are also pretty generous with their portions, which is crucial at Chipotle

Finally went back to try the food at this chain and the chicken was cooked thoroughly this made for a pleasurable experience. The staff was pleasant and courteous ! I have stopped going to the one in Aventura !

My online order took 30min, then it took another 15 minutesfor them to make it and to get it. I basically could have walk in and waited on line. People who walked in got there food faster than me.

Chipotle has been my go-to spot for all my burrito cravings. Not just that, but the tacos here is great as well. Although its not the best but still its the greatest place for it. Hmm so good tacos!

The burrito was ok at this location.. they did not give us the guacamole we ordered. Or the pico that we ordered. They also dont give a military discount as most chipotles do.

Look, in Miami the mexican food is not great. If you want a burrito unfortunately your best bet is at chipotle. They are far superior to Lime (Sorry lime fans).

Awesome Burritos with great tasting sauces. Everything is fresh. I like the corn sauce and the hot sauce. You can not go wrong with this for a low cost meal.
