I dont understand how you can consistently mess up somebodys order 3 times in a row. Just yesterday I went there to use one of my free burrito card I got from corporate. After they rang it up, it came out to $14.63. I gave the cashier my free burrito card, but it came out to $3.34 for an extra portion of meat. Mind you my meal was supposed to be free but I was like whatever. Fast forward to later that day, I check my bank account and seen that I was still charged for $14.63. Called the manager, he tried to make it seem like I was lying or something but I got both my receipt and bank statements to back it up. Yall need to get it together. Stop shorting people on their portions of food and pay attention at the register. People work hard for their money and want what they pay for! They honestly need new staff or management cause its getting ridiculous now. Dont recommend anybody eating at this chipotle location unless you dont mind paying more for less.

Everyone was always telling me how get this place is. I finally decided to try it out. Much to my dismay, it was everything I didnt want it to be. The service was terrible. I was rushed through my order. I wanted a chicken quesadilla with lettuce and sauce. They threw some chicken and cheese onto a bland wrap and before I could even ask them to add what I wanted, they wrapped it up and charged me. I tried eating it, but I was sick to my stomach due to an unbearable stench coming from the chicken. I ate Taco Bell instead and was not disappointed. Just go to Taco Bell. Dont waste your hard earned money on a $9 disaster.

Anyone who has liked Moes or Calientes California style burritos restaurants would absolutely in heaven at Chipotles as they are very similar but much better! They are a little on the spicier side than the former two though. Also Chipotles has fewer options on their menu but are better and fresher than Moes or Calientes. Chipotles wis simply the best Mexican grill/california style burritos place out there. Service is the only chink in the armor and that is only in terms of speed. Service is great just a tad slow so call ahead if time is an issue.

I go about 5 times every week. good food. I will say though that recently there have been several employees that are very stingy with meat and I dont even try to get guacamole because its so little that it literally makes me want to say I dont want it just because I feel ripped off. its only a few employees that do this. I really wish their ladles were premeasured so that it would not be possible to leave with 8 little pieces of steak or chicken

This Chipotle is home to the GUACAMOLE NAZI. The horrible service here is another issue that needs improvement. I showed up around 7:30ish one night for a burrito and waited for a full 10 minutes before I was serviced, Oh Yeah I forgot to mention that I was the only one in-line......... If there is no line, why am I waiting??? The Chipotle in Palm Beach Gardens is the BEST!!!!!!

The food was absolutely amazing, but the staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional!! When I asked for extra cheese the gentleman behind the counter didnt put nearly enough cheese that I normally get oh, and on top of that he charged me!! Any other time I go to Chipotle they give me twice what I received and Ive never been charged!! Definitely will not be returning. I am extremely disappointed.

Nothing says great service like letting people discriminate against the employees here. Thats right. Its okay to come in here and assume and ask their workers if theyre gay and heres the best part! When the worker is offended and clearly hurt, theyll apologize to the customer and completely ignore the fact that they were in the wrong. Discrimination is perfectly okay here.

What a joke for staff! My wife and I were in line and my wife had started to get her bowl made. The employee stopped because some manger came up with a Togo order and moved him out of the way. She starts making the Togo order then tells him to get the next customer. So we had half a bowl started and I was skipped. Never eaten at one before and probably never will again.

Consistently very good fresh Tex Mex. Guacamole lovers Rejoice cuz its free here. Of course I wish you didnt have to pay for chips. However they make up for it with really solid burrito bowls and unlike other places they dont charge extra to have the tortilla on the side.

they are never open at the time they post on the door its usually 5-15 min after but they are always 10-15 min early in closing.. the portions are a little stingy but other than that the quality is what is expected from a Chipotle establishment.

I usually have a great experience whenever I eat here, but today I did not. I ordered a salad with chicken and guacamole on it. Several times I bit down on something that I thought was bone. It ended up looking like sand pebbles. Uggh!!!

The food is great ! Sometimes the rice is a bit under cooked and hard otherwise its all yummy and healthy ! The prices are fair, maybe not cheap but definitely not expensive !
