The staff was friendly and the food was good. However, the blonde woman who i assume is the manager, is an overall miserable person. I am a waitress so i deal with customers on a daily basis and understand frustration. That is why im complaining and leaving not a great review of her. I had 2 expired wpxi certs i was trying to use for half their value, which is a state law that they accept them for half their value. She was very rude about not accepting them. Stating they were 2 yrs old, as if it matters when using for only half their stated value. I accepted that she wouldnt take them and said i would contact wpxi about it , and she continued to be rude to me about them being 2 yrs expired. I do not understand how this is their manager. The poor guy at the register was super friendly, and apologized, he would be better suited to be their manager than she is. Seriously, get a manager who has a better temperment.

Love this place! We take our kids there usually 2 Sundays every month. It has a different flavor than chipotle and the salsas and queso are just knockout. Dont go here thinking they have better burritos than other places...the other dishes are consistently good and very flavorful. Mexican gumbo, loaded tortilla soup, taco salads....yum The staff is courteous but its a fast casual restaurant so thats what you get. Smiles and food pretty quick.

The food was alright. It was my first time at a Qdoba and the staff werent very helpful. Their menu was confusing and I couldnt actually see the ingredients behind the glass so I just picked a pre-made taco. It was smaller than I thought it would be and it was kind of soggy. The chips came from a drawer and just were meh. The guacamole wasnt extra so that was nice. Still prefer chipotle if its an option.

Very unorganized place. Never had their prep table full. The two times I been there I had to wait until they prepare items which makes the kids working their get mad. I used to go very often to the branch in Marietta, which was way nicer, cleaner and organized. The manager Derick needs to look to the way him and his employees are treating their customers.

The food is good, your typical quick Mexican. Whats special about this Qdoba that makes me drive past Chipotle and Moes to get there is the service. These guys and gals are friendly, efficient and will honor every weird request. Keep up the good work!

Food was really good, but the staff was very rude and short with me and my girlfriend. I know none of us like to work Sundays but to me, customer service is just as important as food quality. They need to make the customer feel appreciated.

They have gone seriously down hill from what they use to be the workers now are extremely rude and have no care for your food let alone the prices have jumped which is ridiculous. Overall terrible.

Worker didnt wear gloves. Cashier then wiped her nose 2 times and then touched my food and drink cup. Will be speaking to manager. Have video proof of it. Stay away.
