Great food, ample portions, fast service, excellent prices. I went here with two friends since another review had said "Ample portion and good food". We were originally looking for a buffet but didnt see any around. This place was unexpectedly fantastic! We each ordered egg drop soup for an appetizer. Be sure to re-state your order as they did think I ordered won-ton soup but I insisted on the egg drop. Im glad I did though as, in my opinion, this was the best egg drop soup Ive ever had! The eggs were a perfect blend of runny and fluffy style. The flavor was excellent and the crunchy fried noodles were just right and served on a fancy little dish. We also ordered Generals Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Mu Shu Pork with fried rice and brown rice (we each had our own rice style). The Generals chicken was premium, no fat chicken and the breading was fluffy and not greasy like you normally expect from this type of food. The Mongolian Beef was slightly spicy, gravy had great flavor but the meat was a little soft. Mu Shu Pork was a nice mixture of vegetables, meat, pancake, and sauce. Flavors all mesh well together. Overall, this place had excellent food and very low prices considering the quality and portions. We will definitely go here again next time were in the area!!!

I gave them 2 stars because the food wasnt terrible. However, dont order the Vietnamese spring rolls, theyre so loosely rolled that they dont stay together and their version of peanut sauce was terrible. The bad review though is based on customer service. I had to return a soda because it was off, and the person argued with me about it. Then I sat and watched him playing with his phone, while I sat with nothing to drink (asked for water after the soda incident), and completely finished with my food. I had to loudly ask for a to go box to finally get his attention. I got there before one, and there were only 2 customers there beside myself. By the time I left I was the only customer there, its not as if they were so busy he couldnt pay attention to his only customer. Needless to say, I wont be back. Regardless of food acceptability if the service is horrible, the service is horrible.

The food was freshly made and tasted great! The portions for the lunch special(11am-3pm) were big. We tried the brown and fried rice and both were good. the spring roll was excellent. I had the Mongolian beef and it was really good. My brother had the General Tso and the chicken pieces were huge and they were lightly breaded so you didnt feel like you were just eating fried bread. Chicken was all white meat and was moist not dry. My mom had the shrimp lo mien and the pieces of shrimp were large, not the shrimp cocktail sized ones you see on other Chinese food restaurant lunch menus. The vegetables on her dish were crisp and fresh...and to think we almost didnt go in because the place was empty. Hope they do well as this has become my favorite Chinese restaurant in the humble/kingwood area by far. I usually dont write reviews but I had to for this great place.

Soooo I ordered the chicken and broccoli to go got home ate half of it put the rest up for later and like 30 minutes later I had THE WORST headache EVER. I know your probably like what does that have to do with the food it probably was something else, but no I went the whole day feeling fine I SWEAR not even a cough and once I ate the food then came the headache and it wasnt a regular headache it was worse than a migraine I KID YOU NOT. So while my head is still pounding as if I was King Kongs chest everything that I had just consumed came up (I vomited) and once all the chicken and broccoli was out my system I was back feeling fine I AM SO SERIOUS like call me crazy, but I think I had food poisoning from this restaurant

I have eaten at Imperial China Café multiple times over the past six months. It has become my new favorite Chinese restaurant. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I am extremely picky and they always accommodate my unique order. My pleasure does not cease with simple accommodation of my particular additions and subtractions to existing entrees; the meal always tastes exquisite. The portions are quite generous and usually get two or more meals from my order. It is also worth noting that the caliber and preparation of food is consistent; Its always a great pleasure to eat..

Very poor delivery & customer service. Was told 45-60 minute delivery. Had to call several times between 125 and 182 minutes ... no answer several times, and got the run around other times. Had to eventually cancel my order. I saw that other customers also had bad experience with delivery (e.g., >2hr delays). Employees were only interested in ending the phone call (lots of ringing phones in background) … this place seems overwhelmed (resulting in very poor service) ... Terrible experience for delivery service. Cant speak to quality of food (since it was never delivered).

My family and I ate there the other day after church and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the lunch specials ran all week long since most places only offer that Monday thru Friday. The place was very nice and quaint and the service was great. The portion was a good size for the price, (the only one that finished his plate was my husband), my kids and I ate our leftovers for dinner. The food was delicious. We will definitely be going back soon and recommending this place to friends and family.

The fried rice was sooo good! Chinese has always been my favorite food and on my first visit to a place, I always order the fried rice. If a place can not make good fried rice then I dont care about any of the other food. All in all. Good. Cute place. Nice waitress. Oh and I saw that they were hiring. It would be a shame if they shut down. Will recommend and when Im in town, will most likely go there again.

I have eaten Chinese food from coast to coast and beyond and this is the best on this side of town. The sauces are pretty good, protein dishes are meaty, and portions are very good. Other Chinese restaurants in Atascocita have sauces all based on "Thai Sweet Chili Sauce" which you can buy at Walmart. This place does not use that, and that is a great thing. They are also very friendly and polite.

Server was wearing a "worlds best farter" shirt...yes...FARTER. asked him what something on the menu was and he says " I have no idea, i am a father of a two year old and make minimum wage". Very unprofessional. Hovered over us the entire meal. We could not even talk amongst ourselves. Food was sub par at best. Orange beef was soggy and not very sweet or flavorful. Will not come here again.

Got the wrong soup. Had to return for the right soup after getting home with my take-out order. Owner had me bring back the soup and was going to re-use it. I told him it is a violation of the heath code. I offered to buy it to not waste it and then he charged me for the House Wonton soup. He didnt even ring up that sale, it appeared.Nothing for my trouble. Not even an offer. I wont be back.
