Contacted the Chipotle customer service department due to this location! Just went last Sunday and it was slow for a Sunday. During my order I noticed that EVERY table in the building was FILTHY! The floors were dirty, garbage cans overflowing with trash and the soda machine was jammed full of ice! Spoke to the so called assistant manager, I pulled him aside and told him that this is the WORST Chipotle location that I have ever been too in my life! He just looked and me and turned back for his office! Due to this service I experienced at this location I am DONE eating at Chipotle! Am going to be filing a formal complaint with the PA Health Board as this location needs to be written up and this needs to be documented!

Quality is fantastic as always, but the portions have been a little weak during my last two visits. My double chicken bowl had around 30% less food than I normally receive at other locations. And even worse, some of the bowl floor was visible through the pile of food. If youre gunna cheat me, at least make it look like theres food in there. I anticipate the lack of rice messing up my workout later tonight, which is why Im being critical. I still, however, support Chipotle as a brand and would feel sacreligios giving a rating under three stars.

Employees dont care.. tables are dirty, trash outside over flowing onto ground, been in line for 12 min now, still 6 ahead of me... Wtf ... Selling my $13k in shares tomorrow... Wont hurt the billions in revenue, but Im disappointed to say the least... I eat chipotle 4 to 7 times a week, and travel the world... This place sucks

Sorry, horrible staff. Were extremely slow with fulfilling the orders and carried on as if no one was in line. When I order a burrito without any kind of sauce, it would only make sense to not drag my burrito tortilla through leftover sauces lying on the megatop. Had half a mind to have them remake it. But there was a full house.

Nine times out of ten this place is awesome the 10th time we had a girl at the line dig our cheese from the container to put on our burittos and her fingernails was poking through her gloves it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen but I still would eat here because their burritos are freaking awesome.

I had a great experience at this Chipotle. I felt bad for coming in the last 8 minutes it was open tonight, but the staff was so kind and willing to make my food. Evan, in specific, made the experience so delightful. He was so nice and did a great job making my food! Definitely a hard working and kind person.

I just wanted tacos with meat and salsa. Each taco had 3 pieces of meat, I asked for extra meat and got 2 more small burnt chunks of meat. $9.00 for 3 shitty tacos with overdone meat. I am really disappointed with Chipolte as a whole, they used to be better when McDonalds owned them.

Its not authentic but that doesnt stop it from being delicious. Its a treat for me since I live in Louisiana where there isnt a single Chipotle. The ingredients are the highest quality you will find in fast food or even casual dining. Chipotle is the best food value there is.

This place is one of my all time favorite places to go eat. I absolutely love there chicken bowls. They are amazing. The value is superb at Chipotle as well, my bowl cost $6.50 and I am full after eating here. I have always been treated well at this location as well. A+

This is about 5 minutes from our house so its finally nice to have a location near us. The staff is always friendly and quick. Like most other Chipotles the food is excellent and when I ask for extra they actually give me extra! Great place to a quick tasty meal!

Slow service. Store and rest room requires attention. Food tasted fine. Very concerned about the cleanliness of this location. I have been here twice and they really need to shape up. Theres too much competition in this neighborhood. Try somewhere else.

Theres usually a wait to get your food. Its worth it though. I reality like that I can decide what and how much is included with my order. This location usually has the music up at high volume, but my most recent visit it was at an acceptable level.

I usually order online and pick up my food from here. Its Chipotle so everyone knows how tasty the food is for $7. Its a wholesome experience whether you eat it at home or eat in. It can get very crowded at noon thanks to the working class.

Decent food, 2 dollars extra for guacamole is excessive. Closed around 6pm what the heck? Tables always dirty when you come in like they expect you to be ok with eating at a filthy table. Otherwiae good tasting food.
