Ordered from Wings Over NH for the first time on Monday 5/23/16 around 10 pm, the person who took my order was phenomenal! He was very upbeat, polite and definitely helpful, Customer service "with a smile" that you dont get much nowadays. Anyways, the food was amazing. We ordered the buffalo and fried chicken sandwiches along with onion rings and a pound of boneless wings. The onion rings alone are worth the order. Anyways, I called yesterday Thursday 5/26/16 and the person who answered the phone sounded like I bothered them during a nap, him taking our order was so bad I actually said Id call back halfway through. Someone else answered next time and they were almost as bad, again like I was making her go out of her way. We ordered the same thing but this time the onion rings were over cooked and greasy, I asked for mayo on my chix sandwich and got none and finally, the boneless wings didnt have much sauce on them. The driver was great and friendly like last time though, so thanks to Orlando and Ben! I really am mostly hoping the owner reads this and hires some better staff because this second experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been to other "Wings over" locations, but tried new Haven for the first time today. Service was quick but that was the only good thing. Had to pay $0.80 more for enough blue cheese to dip all my wings in. Whatever. The boneless wings were small, almost like chicken nuggets. All other WO places they give you split breasts. Or at least used to. The first one I tried I had to spit out. Way overcooked, nothing but breading and hard chicken. Second one was the same. I had to spit it out. The others were OK but lacking sauce and a good fry job. Will not be going back for sure.

I ordered a meal of honey barbecued wings and fries via Grub Hub. I found a foreign object in my food and immediately notified Grub Hub. Grub Hub contacted the restaurant, but was told that they would call me in 20 min to resolve the issue with a refund. Long story short, they didnt call and the restaurant closed before contacting me. They do not take these sort of complaints seriously and because of that, they lost a customer. That is disgusting and is a health hazard of which I do not take lightly. I made sure to take photos of the object.

At first when I started ordering from wings it was always good. The food was cooked well, the dilervery time wasnt bad, and the price wasnt bad either. I ordered about three times in the past two months and once today. All of my orders have been terrible. I usually Oder a hang glider, recently on all my orders there is barely any sause on my chicken, my chicken taste so bad I have to spit it out and stop eating, and the wait time is over an hour. I couldnt even finish my Order I had today.

Service sucks. They assume you know all the rules. Ordered a wrap and add on onion rings thinking it was $1 but nope. My order was not read back to me for me to catch it or was i told that the onion rings werent $1. So the manager told me i should have known they werent apart of it and said i was wrong. Never gonna order from the new haven one again. They should get the hint, they have more 1 stars then any of them.

So I ordered Wings 2 hours ago via GrubHub, and its still not here. I called Wings, was on hold for 10 minutes and was told the driver is on the way, and then she hung up. I then called GrubHub, the woman was very nice, however, I still dont be have our dinner! GrubHub told me it would be another 20 minutes! I was given a $10 credit with GrubHub for a future order. Terrible... Absolutely terrible, ordered for delivery, food was 45 minutes late, cold and wings were rubbery, they forgot some things we ordered and refused to bring them probably because we paid by card, woman that answered phone was rude (dont like your job, find another one)....definitely WONT order again

Ordered 10 wings, sounds quick right? I am still waiting for longer than 25 minutes. Cooking takes 12 minutes they say, so whats the remaining 16 minutes? No one in the store, phones coming, deliveries going, you wait at the store.

This place is terrible. The service was complete crap. They took an hour and 10 minutes to deliver my food and when I finally got it, the food was cold. The delivery guy didnt even apologize when he got there. Dont order from here.

No-frills is correct. Their are definitely better buffalo style chicken wings in the area, but they do a real solid dry rub.
