I called earlier in the evening and the hostess who answered was clueless as what too offer a family of five on a budget three of the family members being children. So being that i was curious about the manager and if he was aware of his staff being clueless i was wondering the same about himself. So she grabbed the manager Tom who jumped at the opportunity as he put it"i can quote prices to you all night." Anyway once my family and i arrived at this Chicopee location we were greeted by Peter and low and behold Manager Tom. We were seated promptly and escorted with a smile. Went last night for dinner, it was terrible. waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer, (which was the only thing that tasted good) order a large of boneless wings. the wings came out bite sized and the flavor were just spilled over them so only half the wing had flavoring. never mind the fact that they were warm at best not hot when served. Our waitress asked if we wanted more drinks never asked how our meals were when they were barely eaten. My buddy ordered a chicken sandwich which he said tasted worse than a McChicken. The service was minimal at best, and food was terrible. 99 Restaurant across the street has better wings and this place is known for wings!! Not going back!

Worst service. In the middle of eating my app the waiter took away the dish then was no where to be found. The manager was nice enough to grab me another plate. Then I ordered a BBQ chicken melt that came with two drops of BBQ on a freezer chicken patty with a bunch of other stuff on it I specifically told the waiter I did not want. When I confronted the waiter about this he replied, "ya, thats the second time the chefs have done that to me today" and he walked away. I was beyond grossed out and could not get out of there fast enough (it took 20 minutes to get the check, which I shouldnt have even paid for but I didnt feel like waiting around for the waiter again).

We went there for lunch and the place was empty. The waitress took the order very quickly but the food took forever to arrive. We were almost late returning from our lunch break. Burgers were well done and awful pucks of meat. Chicken wings are not great especially since Wings Over is available all over western mass. BTW the lunch crowd doesnt care about all the televisions with sports news on them... service and decent wings.

We were there the Monday after Christmas and it was busy but not terribly. The majority of our party had drinks and some food and when the 3 of us remaining got there we just wanted a few drinks. We ordered margaritas and got Long Island Iced Teas instead. I was surprised due to the amount of alcohol in such a drink. Our Margaritas came promptly after.

Chicopee,MA. Wings were cold, took about 30 minutes just to get 12 wings. Dont trust the hype of this place, wings were bite sized and flavors were bland, mcnugget sized. Definitely not worth $11.01 for 12 wings or $19 for 20. Not a good time here, not a good restaurant.

On the weekends our family likes to get takeout and sometimes we want boneless wings so we go on Memorial Drive and get from here because we like the honey mustard sauce and its a good size and Portion doesnt fill you up too too too full :-)

Worst boneless wings I ever had! I thought Id break my teeth! The crust was like hard candy. Hard to put a fork in it! Sent back and the replacement was the same. Fries cold. They took the wings off the bill. Not a good experience.

Ive been to at least 30 Buffalo Wild Wings across the U.S. (Cali to New York) during my military travels. This is the best as far as atmosphere and T.V. set up. Had no problem spending 9+ hours on Sunday watching football.

After my second visit Im going down a star. I want to add a comment: The dry rub wings are simply poor. Deep fried and haphazardly dusted with a bland seasoning. Go for the tvs if you must.

Wings are always hot and delicious. Game is always on the screen. Theres never been a problem making sure that the game you want to see is on the TV in front of you, which is great!
