Summary: The wings are usually very tasty when they arrive on time and are the correct items that were ordered. However, this restaurants employees have very inconsistent customer service, no sense of time or accountability, and the management has poor problem resolution skills. We are a large hospital and frequently order large quantities of food as a group ($75+). We are known to tip extremely well even when the food takes 3+ hours to be delivered. The food usually arrives missing an individual order, or with the wrong item(s), or without extra fries or dressing which was ordered extra at additional cost. The Wings staff have a poor sense of time and accountability. They will usually tell us the food will arrive in 45-60 minutes, and when we call an hour after ordering, they will tell us an additional 30-45 minutes. This creates an issue for us, as our break times are squeduled and we could act accordingly if we knew what time the food was actually expected to be delivered. When it does arrive, usually missing an item, it is difficult to get the correct item delivered. The person whose individual order was not correct has to call and argue with the Wings staff in order to get the correct order delivered, usually after another hour has gone by. Whoever orders the food for the group usually knows to ask for "someone with more experience" to take the order as the girl who usually takes orders over the phone has no ability to accurately take the order. This seems to be an issue the Wings management is well aware of. Tonight, 3/29/15, 3 hospital staff placed an order together. The order was called in at 4:25 pm, with an ETA of 45 minutes to an hour according to the Wings staff who took the order. After an hour, at 5:30, one of us called to check on the order. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes, Wings staff informed the hospital employees that the (delivery) order was taken incorrectly and was sitting at Wings ready for pickup. The Wings staff stated they would deliver it immediately, with an ETA of 6:15-6:30. At 6:30, hospital staff called Wings again to check on the food. At this point all of our meal breaks were over. The Wings staff member who answered the phone informed us that they had "decided not to deliver the order", and that "the general manager tried to call you several times". The weekend manager at the Westfield Wings location had no explanation or apology for this. We then called general manager, who had no knowledge of this issue and stated she had not tried to call anyone. She was gracious, and acknowledged the ongoing issues with the manager and order accuracy at the Westfield location. The food (ordered at 4:25 pm) finally arrived at 7:00 pm.

Hi everybody so it ended up ordering from wings over Westfield and ended up getting three flavors and one my girlfriend likes the most which was garlic parm. This is my first coming here... When I came home I open the box and the three flavors were all mixed up! I figured the I would call them to find out if they could we make my order and have the wings separate. My girlfriend ended up eating what she called from her flavor which wasnt much maybe like a Wing. When I called the manager picked up and said that there was nothing she could do about it and that I had to ask for my food to be separated. i asked if she could give me a refund or at least remake my food she promptly answered no em.. Was her policy she hung up. I became outraged with the service and got my car and my girlfriend and went to Wings over Westfield. Again the manager was hiding in the back until I asked to talk to her. She said the same exact thing as she said on the phone but rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. I said that her service was terrible and that I will write a bad review. I begin to walk out and as Im holding the door I asked what her name was. She replied it wasnt her obligation to tell me! I told her that it was her obligation to tell me because I was writing a review. She told me that she felt her as because I was asking her name to write a review! I told her that I was not harassing her but simply asking her name to write a review she replied with I will call the cops unless you leave. I didnt want to make a big scene so I left I called the corporate office but it was already 12 in the morning so they were closed I left them a bit very long message and Im hoping to receive some news back. I have worked in the restaurant business for a very long time but the customer service I received here was unbelievable any time. A customer asked for me to remake their food I promptly did so without asking unnecessary questions! I receive better customer service Im McDonalds!I would definitely never step foot in this establishment again! It is now one in the Morning and Im hungry and cant get food anywhere else I also spent over 20 dollars getting one and a half pounds of wings that I didnt even eat I also extremely terrible service from the MANAGER ! And also a lot of disrespect I did not curse or say profanity towards her in anyway. I am a church going fellow and I would never do so under any circumstances! I left the establishment only telling the Manager that she was doing a great job sarcastically! Im really looking forward to this call from corporate and I will definitely let you know once I receive information from them! so far if I could give then no stars I would! With no hesitation!

Originally, I was going to write a "cautiously optimistic" review thinking that this place had just opened! However, as I am reviewing other reviews, they have been at this for well over a year. Not sure who is managing or owns this place but customer service, communications and accuracy ARE NOT any of the top 5 priorities at this joint. First, if you have not been there, note that this is a "take-out only" place with no proper signage! It sits (or leases space) inside of another restaurant called Hangar Pub & Grill. While the help at WOW tell you that you can eat there, the waitresses at the bar are disgusted and not accommodating when you tell them you were told you could sit there. Its been 2 years folks, figure it out! Stop telling people you can order wings and then go sit at someone elses restaurant! Second, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Apparently, reading English as opposed to speaking English is not a requirement of the kitchen. Not a single non American on site, all home grown English speaking folks who could not read a simple order of plain wings. Thats pathetic. You might argue, oh maybe it was a rough night and they were swamped...well ok, so then that leaves me wondering why their own delivery guy had to come back twice (with food in hand) for 2 wrong deliveries and how come 2 other customers had their large orders done wrong as well. It seems like a pattern easily identified with 1 long, long visit. Careless and lack of attention to the ticket. I go to Wings Over Springfield, Ive even been to Wings Over Hartford. These places serve good food. WOW or Wings Over Westfield needs a complete overhaul in signage, communication and service!!! However, Ill settle for just plain accuracy of giving me what I order the first time, not 45 minutes later...
