Our first time in this area, my boyfriend loves his chicken wings. We called in our order before arriving. My boyfriend told the lady about 4 times he wanted his wings well done "crispy" she kept cutting him off! She even gave him a break down on how they would make them just to be sure he gets them crispy! We thought it would be good. We arrived at 10:47pm to pick up the food. Waited about 5mins and we were on our way. We called store phone at 11:02pm no answer. Im assuming its because they closed at 11pm. Even still we called again at 11:12pm a guy named mike answered. We told him we werent happy with the wings, the chicken was soggy! No where near crispy... the mike guys exact words were "umm well I wish you guys called or came back before we closed" what type of response is that? I told him we literally just left and we arent happy with our food if he wants we will gladly bring everything back in the morning because we arent going to eat it. He really had the nerve to say "yea well that would be pointless of course they will be soggy in the morning" he said " I can give you guys a credit of a few dollars so you can get something else" I asked what his name was he told me mike. I asked for the name of the manager and he said "I am the manager" just horrible, horrible horrible service! Not once did he apologize he was very rude and made it seem as though we were lying about the food being soggy! We just threw everything in the trash! This was our first visit and we will NEVER GO BACK!

good food horrible service.we ordered on the phone and employee had uncaring bad attitude. got there to pick up our food cashier said it wasnt done we payed and waited another guy did the same. meanwhile our food had been sitting in the kitchen window the entire time. we finally got our food when cashier decided to get off her phone. kinda threw down food on the counter. just a nasty attitude the whole time to anyone who came in. some guy was even waiting in line and employee couldnt be bothered to put down their phone to wait on him for a few minutes. cashier was shorter with glasses and short black hair. were going to the wings over in Bristol next time. the attitude is just offputting.

Order delivery from this wings spot for over two year twice a month for a family lunch called for a delivery Today and was told my address is not in there delivery zone I mentioned this is the first time in two years I heard this and the lady stated they never delivered to me in the pass she had nothing else to say and and pushed me away... Prices on the online menu do not match the prices they charge (charge more when you call to order)...do not accept Entertainment Book coupons for delivery despite no mention of this in the fine print....a LOT less food in each order than before...we used to love Wings, but sadly will not be giving them our business anymore

Prices keep going up. And less food now than what they used to give you. Every once in awhile the chicken tastes ...well...a little rubbery.....if prices went back down, and you actually got the amount t of food you paid for....its be worth going to for a family dinner.

First and last time purchasing any food from this location. In fact, the restaurant. Made an error on my order, I asked for hot garlic wings and got honey mustard instead. The wings werent cooked well. I wouldnt recommend this place. Ill stick to Buffalo Wild Wings!

getting to be too expensive, not a good value. am ordering less food, and it is costing more. orders arrive messy, dripping out of the containers and out of the bags, due to carelessness of delivery people. takes between 45-60 minutes to arrive.

I have ordered from wings for years, and while the food is good the price seems to keep going up and is now way too expensive. They are even charging 50 cents for celery now and when I get delivery they almost always forget the soda.
