The Food is always great here. Awesome Wings! However, the service needs to improve. From home I called in a takeout order at 5:55pm. The woman who took the order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Ok, I know they make their food fresh and they may be busy so it may take 30 minutes. I get their in 20 minutes and Im told it is not ready yet. The waitress gives me my credit card statement to sign which I do. Place is not overly busy so I wait.... and wait ... and wait. After about 25 minutes the waitress tells me my order will be right out. After another couple of minutes she comes over to me and tells me they lost my order. I cant wait anymore so I stand up and ask for my money back at which time she says to me in a somewhat snotty voice dont leave I cant give you your money back. She shouldnt be upset. Yes, Im upset. I though I would get wings and a thing called Pig Wings which I though I would try for the first time. The whole purpose of the trip was to get some wings to cheer my son up. The reason Im writing this is because it has happened to me more than once. The Woman sitting next to me, also waiting for takeout, told me it has recently happened to her. I know they can and are better than this. Hope to see improvement soon.

Happened upon it while at Staples..thought wed give it a try..first no beverage list and waitress stated we had to go inside to check what was on tap..beer was barely cold..waitress had no personality..wings are just average..fried pickles..no dip with it..(what??) yet they charged 75 cents for 2 oz ranch dressing.. Hand cut fries were good though.. Oh and lest we forget the construction guys drinking at the door entrance whose favorite word started with f... not a family place for sure. We tried it ..will definitely not return.. With all the great restaurants in Keene center why go to this parking lot dive..

When we finally got served our overcooked food, we mention a kitchen mistake to the waitress who cheerfully got my father-in-law a spoon so he could fix it himself. A different waitress took dessert orders for half our table, walked away, came right back with dessert and took the other orders. After fifteen minutes when I asked about the missing orders I was told, "Yeah theyre coming", no apology. At least the desserts arent made on premises, so they were delicious. Been here a bunch of times. The wings are consistently good - and YUGE! And, the secret to the best wings, for me, includes good blue cheese dipping sauce. Theirs is some of the best Ive had. The service is good and the owner seems very hands on. A little pricey considering the wings come from Market Basket (over $1.00 each as of this writing). I also miss the peanuts, but the excuse why they dont offer them anymore is hilarious. Ask them when you visit.

The wings are great. Buffalo hot is their own blend and its hot. Service on the other hand is lacking. They hire 20 something girls and theyre a little rude. I placed a call in order for 15 wings and was told 10-15 minutes. Arrived at 15 minutes and it wasnt ready. Asked the girl about how long and she got defensive and said whenever its done is when its ready. Took another 15 minutes for it to be done. She got mad when I asked for my change.

I LOVE this place! AMAZING wings! Beer Battered O Rings are PERFECT! The staff is very attentive and super nice and its a great atmosphere. My boyfriend and I came here for wings a few weeks ago, we got 2 beers, 25 wings, o rings and a meatball slida. Everything was delicious and it was pretty cheap for all that food and we didnt wait long for anything. I tell EVERYONE about this place and go here as often as I can.

Monday nite,wings Good,very understaffed.1 waitress/bartender.In the last hour Ive seen 2 mistakes on slips,3 people walk out due to lack of staff and Im still waiting for my briscut wrap that I sent back because it was refrigerator cold.My beer has been empty for 13 min and counting and the wrap hasnt come back yet.oh yea,out of Joe peanuts special sauce,how is that.Waitress nice but overburdened.....

The food and portions were good. The reason Im giving it 1 stars instead of more is because of the mens room. I went to the bathroom when I got there, and I discovered there was no soap in the bathroom. That concerns me because of the cooks. I told the lobe server about it, and there still was no soap by the time I left.

Been there once before the last time I went there and the wings were excellent. This last time apparently they added a salad bar but it was not stocked. Everything else is fried foods. I wanted wings but my friend could not have gluten. With the salad bar pretty much empty it left me no choice but to find somewhere else.

Just got the Sweet Red Chili wings. They were great. They are huge and dripping in sauce. So good! I cant say anything about the actual place because I didnt go there. (someone brought them to me!). I will, however, go there to try their Buffalo Medium Boneless wings. (Thats the way I like them).

A bit expensive at over a dollar a wing and theyre pretty small, also pretty sure they arent hand battered at all. Huge list of sauces to choose from. Often the waitresses will forget to bring half my order and still charge me for it. Ive never gone and not had to ask for something a second time.

Service was horrible. Nacho cheese was not spicy as advertised. We never got asked for more drinks while waiting for our food. When asked for dipping sauces we had to for it a second time. But overall food was good once we finally got it. Suggestion is to have as take out and not eat in.

I LOVE this place! It has a fun atmosphere and the staff have always been very pleasant and attentive to me. I love the Sweet Red Chili Flavored wings- along with just about everything else on the menu! I have been back numerous times with the family and each time was awesome!

When I akesd for the chicken they gave me peanuts and I am allergic to peanuts and I am in the hospital because of the horrible and bad tasting food/ peanut and I will forever hate people who eat peanuts I hope that no one ever goes to get peanuts at your house

Great wings and good sauce selection, but very pricy and not a great beer selection. Almost always very empty so service is usually never a problem. Girls are dressed up like the place is trying to be hooters. For more beer info use untappd.

If youre looking for some good wings and a beer after work or anytime in a relaxed atmosphere while you enjoy the game on one of the big screens, then this is the place for you. Service was great too.
