If there was an option for zero stars this place would take the cake . Wife placed order over the phone told them it would be a pickup order and when she asked how long they stated less than 20 minutes..... Get there to pick up order 25 minutes later and the order has not even been started . Took them another 25 minutes to make the order . Then when I when the order was finally done I hand the young guy the coupons that they offer and he stated that they are only good when you tell them before you order.... I asked where on the coupons does it stated that he told me " its common sense dude" I told him that she ordered the food and was told less than 20 min. And I got there in 25 then I had to wait due to the fact that he didnt even put the order in and now you wont take my coupons....I asked for the manager and was told "Abdul" is out of the country ....the rude obnoxious,sleezy,greasy kid with no customer service skills was lucky the cook came from the back and apologized for his attitude is the only reason why I paid for the food and took it. Now when I got home the order was wrong ,under cooked boneless wings I had to throw out and the mashed potatoes looked like they were 5 days old .....so I told my wife to take pictures of the food and then to throw away the whole order. I am very unpleased with not only the service but also the way the food was obviously not prepared nor cooked correctly . I will be in contact with the BBB, and will speak to my source at the health department tomorrow and show them the pictures . The place was dirty and I will make sure they get a full inspection.....Please if you are looking for some good service and good food go elsewhere

The food is fine, but Ive had a lot of instances where the sauces do not taste how theyre supposed to AT ALL. I absolutely love wings and I eat them pretty much wherever I go, so when I order certain sauces I expect them to taste somewhat the same. Yes, I know when you make your own sauces you do them a little different to set your location apart but at its base it should have a similar flavor. Their sauces are NOTHING like what Ive had before, and not in a good way. Im pretty sure Im officially done there.

I would give this place less than that one star BECAUSE ordered lemon pepper chicken and they were gross, also ordered boneless bbq and they were not bbq at all.. I have no clue what nasty sauce they used ANDDDD the jerk that picks up the phone hung up on me twice! THEN to top it all off they charged me for chicken I never received

I absolutely love the food. The service is amazing and everybody is so friendly! They cooked my order in record time and were friendly the whole time. I will definitely come back and I do recommend this fantastic place to everybody else. Not to mention, the wings are amazing...

Very rude staff. The person who answered the phone seemed upset that I wanted to pay by credit card and not by cash which typically I dont care, but his attitude just completely turned me off. Never again!!!
