The food is awesome. They cook using peanut oil which I think makes the fries taste extra delicious. They have the self serve soda machines which come with a multitude of choices for your drinking pleasure. The menu has a variety of options other then burgers for example they have hotdogs and they even have a grilled cheese if you are someone who doesn’t eat meat. While you wait for your food you can eat peanuts which I find is a nice gesture (who doesn’t love “free” food) they just ask that you don’t take them out of the store due to allergies of others. The employees are friendly, they don’t seem to rush you, and they try to make orders as quickly as they can considering they make them fresh to order. The only down side I can find, other then the fact that it can increase your waistline if you eat here too often, is it tends to be really loud inside the restaurant. If you are looking for a place to have a conversation you are better getting your food to go.

Five guys is for those who want something quick and better than fast food. The burgers are juicy and big and you can customize them when ordering. The menu is basic but they also have a few other items like hotdogs and grilled cheeses. A lot of people like the fries because they are handcut....they are certainly good quality but I dont like the taste all that much. They also hold a lot of oil so if your stomach hurts after something oily, you may want to go easy on the fries. BTW, the regular size is enough to feed two people so dont get a large by yourself!

oh my gosh- i absolutely love this place. Since I moved to CT its been my number 1 place to go for dinner or lunch. The fries are absolutely delicious & their bacon cheese dogs are to die forrr! you get everything quickly, you order, sit, eat some peanuts and wah-la theirs your food. Its quick and good. Love this place!!

I used to love this place but over the past four years the quality of the food has been on a downward trend. Manager is friendly but when he isnt around the staff just acts like your a bother. Felt like a valued customer for years now its like pls dont come back. Sad

Great burgers and love their fries! Thick cut and greasy - delicious. I love the peanuts in the shell to munch on while waiting for your food to be fresh cooked. Parking convenient and nearby, attentive staff, clean and consistent quality - try it !

Great food and value. Last two times they messed up our order adding items(large vs small fries and cheese to a non cheese burger). Didnt realize until we got home. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

Yummy burgers and fries. More fries than you need. You can definitely pack on the pounds if you are not careful. Eat here in moderation.

Forget McDonalds, BK and the rest. These are fast food burgers done right. Ther french fries are incredible and burgers are super tasty!
