My friends like chipotle and we were all hungry so this was the place of choice. The staff was very unorganized and before I even said what I wanted the girl listed a bunch of things they didnt have made. I dont eat dairy and there were a decent amount of cheese shreads in almost every topping they offer. I asked for guacamole and lettuce and the last worker in the line plopped on the last of the quac that she had to scrape out of the tin and closed up my bowl before I could even remind her to add the lettuce. The woman ringing me out told me my total and while I was quickly counting my money she completed another transaction for a man that came up on the opposite side of the line. This only bothered me because of how long it took for her to finally put my order back in and give me change. I work at a restaurant and would never do that no matter how long the customer was taking to get out their money. Long story short, unorganized, rude staff and everything is cross contaminated so if you have any kind of special diet/allergies I suggest making a burrito bowl at home.

The staff are not very friendly. Evidence by repeatedly visiting the location and not being acknowledged when standing in line. Instead , staff has walked away from the floor. Cleanliness is also a concern. Evidence by an employee emptying the water from underneath the food storage container into my mothers meal and continued to package the meal thereafter. The staff did not want to remake the meal for my mother.. evidence by staff not wanting to wash hands when returning to the floor or after finishing a cleaning task before preparing a consumers meal.

Good burrito, thats about all the good I can say. Id never been to a Chipotle so I figured Id give it a try based on the buzz. As with all other Millenial buzz it isnt based in reality. Staff was no more pleasant than any other fast food restaurant. Yes, I said fast food - despite their desire to brand it "fast casual", its no different than any other fast food place. Restaurant itself looks tired, seating is bizarre and equally tired looking, and bathroom is borderline gross. Sorry Chipotle, I wont be falling for the hype and I wont be back.

I have a gluten allergy. I went to the chipoltle around 2 o clock on a tuesday and told the lady working I had a gluten allergy. She totally ignored basic health standards and started preparing my food without changing her gloves. Ive been to other chipotles and they have changed their gloves, washed hands, and wiped down counters so I dont get sick from cross contamination. However this chipotle failed to meet my needs without having to be asked.

My friend Melanie introduced me to this place. We went to the one in Enfield CT. Wow! Delicious veggie burritos (the black beans are vegetarian, the cilantro lime brown rice is delish as is the guac). I would not get the chips next time (extra calories) plus the burrito satisfies you comfortably. I loved the hot salsa.

Nothing worse than walking into a place thats not busy at the moment and 90% of the tables are dirty. WTH??? Owners manage your people. No excuse for this. Been to a lot of chipotles. Business Traveler and this is the dirtiest Chipotle ever. Trashy. Not a good luck.

They stupidly stick the only menu right up over the cashier and ordering area. The resulte is that people who have never been to a Chipotle hold up the entire line. It takes way too long to order. No thanks. Food isnt that great. I wont be back.

This Chipotle is below average food quality wise compared to most others in the franchise. Steak was way over cooked and chewy, chips were absurdly caked in salt. Place was a bit dirty. Kind of a letdown to be honest.

Wow, they really skimped on the meat portions. This is coming from someone who frequently dines at Chipotle with his wife. the vibe of the employees was also just not friendly. Probably the worst chipotle Ive been to.

The staff is always very friendly. Plus when I order online through their app, my food is almost always ready as soon as I get there. Otherwise, I dont wait more than a couple minutes.

SUPER SUPER SUPER EXTREMELY SHALLOW on meat portions! I barely had a spoon full of chicken in one bowl. Another bowl I had barbacoa and she barely had the tongs full. I feel cheated.

Our vegetarian friend asked for the veggie option to only find out after eating that the pinto beans were cooked with meat. Be aware and ask the manager not a worker!!

Great place for burritos and salads! Sort of on the pricey side, but this aint McDonalds. Love the bowls...pack them full of protein and enjoy your semi-Mexican meal.
