While travelling to Connecticut on a Saturday. I stopped in for a quick burger. The store itself was quite busy and there was a line waiting to order. The delay was a result of several bus companies (Mega Bus and the like) using this location as a rest stop and lunch layover for the drivers. As a result of the heavy traffic, the employees were not only struggling to stay ahead of demand, but the restrooms and dining room area were also heavily used and showed it. Trash, debris and food particles were evident. Granted, once the various buses departed with their passengers, the staff did a fair job addressing the mess left behind. Just be aware that this is a very high traffic location and waits may be longer than you would expect or even tolerate if youre a tight schedule.

I live on tunnel rd, and the one on Hartford Turnpike is A LOT worse than this one, the one on Hartford Turnpike has rude service and the food isnt always the best, but everytime I come to this Burger King the fries are ALWAYS REALLY crispy and fresh, like the best fast food fries Ive had. And the employees have always been nice to me (I only go through the drive through though, which may be why) And yes I see a charter bus EVERY time I go there with a bunch of foreigners so I too would be frustrated, but overall I really enjoy this burger king. I wish it was open 24 hours though.

Easy access of the highway, this is a very busy restaurant so your food will never be stale. Their staff are very efficient and orders are prepared quickly. Negatives?: All the major bus routes stop here with their loads of passengers (Bolt Bus, Mega Bus, Lucky Star, etc). This means their kitchen should get swamped with orders. I havent experienced any extreme wait times, but their dining room can get very busy.

I disagree with many of the reveiws, this burger does not make you wait 25 minutes for your food and we do not show our tattos unless they are un able to be hidden... although some of our managers are very rude, but we deal with up to 60 busses everyday full of people who dont speak english so yes it is very frustrating :( but if you want good service come see me my name is Jessica and im nice :P

I broke my tooth eating a hamburger here. Hit something hard in it and completely broke my tooth. Their insurance will not reinutdr me ANY of my dental because it was probably a bone, not a "foreign object". Legally they dont have to so they wont. Just because its legal does not mean its right. BTW, they have Nationwide insurance. Nationwide is NOT on your side, at least they werent on mine.

Good food and service, however on multiple occasions have I had dirty tables and have seen trash on the floor. Can be frustrating at times when eating inside due to flies. The drive thru is a more better and faster option. Recommended you stay away if you spot a Megabus here or at McDonalds from across the street

They were super nice to us. Brought my toddler in for the bathroom. Got a large hot tea on the way out (which they happily put an extra tea bag in), and they gave my toddler a crown and a free cookie. Great people.

Went to the drive through yesterday to grab a quick bite. We did not get what we ordered and they forgot a couple of items. Of course we did not find out until we were already on the interstate.

My lucky bus stopped here on the way to NYC. The bathrooms were clean, fully stocked, and the water was hot. The gentlemen running the counter were helpful and friendly. Good job!

i dont know what i was thinking, i must be retarded. i will never take lucky star bus line again, the fries were ok. the mozzarella sticks were cold, the sauce was really inedible.

It was a nice place to stop on my trip from MA to NY.. Location was clean, had toddler high chair but no baby changing table in the restroom. Had to change my baby at the table.
