The food over here is great, I always get it by drive through but one fine day I had enough time and I bought it from the counter. I was never discriminated racially that much ever. The guy ahead of me was treated really good. And they guy after me too. I donno what happened to her after she looked at me, she just left the counter and turned back checking her phone. I asked her twice to take my order, the first time she didnt respond and the second time she literally gave me a very serious look and took the order with utmost resistance on her face. She didnt even greet or thank or anything. She took the order, threw my coupon on the table and asked for the next guy in line to come forward and she became the sweetest person all of a sudden. I still buy food over there because of the taste but Im never going in again. Hope someone finds this survey and fix the issue.

It would be better if people paid more attention when taking orders. I got my food and even drinks screwed up a few times, like today, I ordered a cheese omelette with home fries and received a hot dog with home fries...Hello?! Does cheese omelette even sound similar to hot dog? How do you screw that up? If youre not sure what the person ordered ask again and when giving people the food make sure you tell them what it is so that the person confirms its the right order because if Im going through the drive thru, I dont have the time or patience to return back so you can fix my order. BTW. It was a young man in the drive thru that was taking orders. Train your employees!

For a fast food place, this is pretty fresh. The food takes a little bit longer but at least you know its being cooked and not re-heated. Normally I will never eat seafood from a fast food place but the breaded shrimp is delicious along with the Asian chicken salad. I had tried the breakfast sandwiches but the bread is too much so I tried the breakfast platter and its not bad, tastes homemade. My husband and I will always choose this fast food place over anywhere else because of the quality and the variety of options of the food.

“Dinner out with friend” Came here for a dinner with a girlfriend. ordered calamari, scalloped potatoes and onion soup and for a main I had the filet mignon. my steak was cooked perfectly although my friend sent hers back undercooked and it returned over cooked so that was a tad disappointing for her. Onion soup delicious, as was the calamari.

Some would say they is a 5-star place, and others would say its a 1-star place. As long as youre expecting fast, greasy food, inattentive and untactful employees, and are willing to not touch the greasy counter tops, youll enjoy this place! Seriously, the food was yummy. Just know that youre paying cheap and getting cheap.

This is a great place to bring hangry-tired kids after visiting the Beardsley Zoo, which is right around the corner and down the street (literally). A limited menu of fast food and diner favorites, the food is prepared to order, and is quite good and tasty - not only kids favorites, but good adult food, too.

With places like Capitol Grille 20 minutes away, why would anyone want to visit the armpit of New England for a poor meal at best? This is the question we are asking ourselves now after dropping $300 on what was supposed to be excellent food. The house salad was good, but thats where it ends.

I shouldnt have to check my order every time I go there. The young lady with black hair at the window is awesome. The other young lady with the brown hair and bad attitude is awful. If she doesnt want to work there, then why is she there? Their food is awesome, but customer service sucks.

Yes the food is delish, its an upscale steak house. However, what makes me want to pay $200+ for a meal for two is the service. I was extremely impressed by the service. They are attentive and kind. This restaurant is extra special to me because I got engaged here! :)

This local fast food chain which has been around for over forty years runs circles around any of the national chains. The menu is extensive. The freshness of the rolls used in the burgers makes a huge difference. Try the "Big D" chili burger and the onion rings!

Went here with two friends after work. Since it was early, we decided to sit at a table in the bar - by the window. In my opinion, it was the best seat in the house! We had two appetizers - coconut shrimp and fried calamari.
