I work down the road. I sometimes ate there when I needed quick food, even though the food quality was poor compared to other Duchess locations. Today I wanted to grab some quick take out from a restaurant across the street (I wanted to enjoy real food for lunch). Considering I had limited time for lunch with having to travel and pick up my order I was in a rush. The other restaurants parking lot was full and so was street parking. Duchess parking lot was half empty. I figure it shouldnt be a problem to park there for 5-10 minutes as I ran across the street to pick up my order. As I left my car an old rude Duchess employee begins to yell at me that I cant park there. I explain my situation to him telling him that Id only be 5 minutes to pick up a food order. He could care less. I then questioned if he was willing to lose a customer, as I eat there at times. Again, he could care less. Finally I gave up considering my lunch time was ticking down. I got in my car, pulled up next to him and asked if he knew what compassion was? His answer "Compassion is for another day." Now I get it. They must not want people using their parking lot for other businesses. And I wouldnt mind being asked to leave if I took one of the last few parking spots. But when half the spots are empty, and youre only going to be a few minutes, thats when a good person eases up on the "rules." Not to mention the way you speak to someone makes a big difference. He was rude with me the whole time. So I will never eat at this Duchess location again. I didnt eat there often as their food was that great, but now its never.

Slowest drive-thru experience of a lifetime. While waiting in the car we couldnt help but notice the several leaks in the ceiling right near the fountain soda station. The lady who took our order could not have been more rude or more miserable. My chocolate shake is quite delicious so long as I brush-off the high likelihood of she having hawked several loogies into it. Doubt Ill be going back anytime soon - despite their craveworthy curly fries.

One time I watched starsky & hutch for 6 hours. Then I was like," woahhhhhh, I need a grill cheeese!" Went to our friendly neighborhood Duchess and they went above and beyond to satisfy my craving. Now I live a life of solitude and the closure I feel within all aspects of my life overwhelm me. P.s. the big D is in me!

Although at first sight, Duchess is not impressive, their food however is. A better version of McDonalds, their food is absolutely delicious! Serving time is a record fast! If youre a first-time goer, I would suggest their infamous chili cheese fries - you will not be disappointed.

went there about 5:30 pm..no one in the place, floor was very dirty, girls standing around (several of them) talking loud about private affairs...left standing there, finally someone came..everything looked so dirty was afraid to order anything

I went there today. The floors and tables were dirty in the dining area and behind the counter. The food was very forgettable. The employees seems uncaring at best. I dont know what happened. This used to be a better place.

My go to fastfood joint the got a great menu and are a staple in the town . Big D chilly cheese burger double the beef ,chilly cheese fries and great breakfast. Come get you some !!!

Best of the Duchess restaurants. Food is good and the place is clean. Service has been slow lately, however. Sometimes its the people taking the orders, sometimes its the kitchen.

Really cool employees they have, I like the old guy, he gives me a friendly nod everytime I go there. The parking fairy is a little much. The lady with the hot dog hat is awesome.

Went their for the 21 peace nugget deal for $7.29, tremendous deal, duchess has best nugget. But the blue chees was 2 wet and the ranch chunky af. Maybe they mixed up
