HORRIBLE!! Rude DT terrible manager Pedro. DT angry woman Christie and Nikki the smoke smelling "manager" who escalated a situation. I ordered 2 combo meals. An extra medium soda was added. Omg. Instead of saying oh wld you like a refund or something on the menu that is of the same value...all three I mentioned kept telling me I ordered it!! I said OK Im sorry I dont want it. Christie was laughing at me mocking me I said whats so funny. It was the weirdest experience at a fast food restaurant EVER. Nikki was smoking cigarettes in the back of the restaurant.. Ehh I could go on. What a BAD experience. So ..at the Orange Duchess if a soda gets added to your order expect mocking .. unreal repetition of the same line " you said yes when she read you back your order" Pedro tried to hand back my money to me. At first I thought he was just rude and refunded my sida money ...it was a refund for the whole order!!! I was in complete disbelief. Twilight Zone.

I ordered from uber eats a combo meal that said it came with a coffee. Upon arrival they give me an orange juice saying that I didnt request a drink. I call to get it fixed and they want me to pick it up and when I tell them I cant until 10hrs later the employee, who didnt say their name, says itll be waiting for me. Soggy food, terrible customer service. Ill never order from there again.

Takes a while to get your food because its cooked on the spot, but most of the time its worth it. Theres a particular "overall taste" that seems to be on everything you buy, but the food itself is always good. Their chili dogs are my favorite.

While not a must go place in general, it is if you already decided on fast food. Better selection and taste than the national chains. Hot dogs, burgers, chicken parm sandwich, chili. Its all good relative to its fast food competition.

Ive been eating here for many years and can honestly say its fast food done right! Food is cooked to order and the burgers are pretty good. If youre looking for a quick bite and on a budget, then you wont regret eating at Duchess.

Ive been eating Duchess my whole life. I grew up on the on in Bridgeport. This one is consistent with the taste just not on the service and cleanliness. They need to clean up a little and the workers need some training.

My wife and I had stopped there on Christmas Eve for breakfast, they gave me an old omelette with non melted cheese and they told me it was fresh. Whatever happened to the customer is always right!

Completely got order wrong. When going back to correct it they messed up the order again. Staff was not friendly and Definitely looked like they didnt want to be there at all.

Nice alternative to large chain fastfood with several unique breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Great curly fries and the chicken parm sandwich is delicious.
