I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. I went during lunch time today for the first time. Its a very laid back vibe. The staff is really nice friendly, I received a warm welcome. There are soooo many rolls to choose from, my mind was blown, lol. I ordered the Gyoza to start and also received a complimentary app on the house which i thought was really nice. I got miso soup, salad and a Beach roll i believe it was. Everything was really good. The miso however was not as flavorful as i would have liked but that was such a small thing in comparison to everything else. I would def go back and try the other 1,000 cool rolls they have.

Its awesome! We frequent the Restaurant Every Saturday ! The Sushi is the Freshest !! The Chef offers a New Roll every week, and offers a sampling of new rolls he is trying! Amazing flavors!! We have a great friend that purchased a Gift Certificate for my birthday, Now, her and her family eat here at least once a week : ) We Call Saturday Our " S " night Salad~ Seafood Soup ~ Sashmi- Sushi Night !! We Drink the green tea, and the *fried* green tea ice cream is amazing! My favorite picks are the Hawain Roll, Million Dollar roll , Avocado roll, Dynamite , Amber Roll !!

We just had dinner at Kiku and loved it. My daughter has been living in Japan and we have not found very good Japanese food here. The meals we had at other places were too Americanized and were not authentic. She told me this food was as good as she got in Japan. Not having been to Japan myself, I just found the food delicious. The chefs complimentary appetizer was very good. We were given a selection of tuna sushi and a fried tuna ball. Both were done perfectly. The next time we come to visit family in New York we will definitely go to Kiku again.

This is a family owned and operated Sushi restaurant. I decided to try it despite it had no reviews I could find. I have been a regular now since than. I tend to love the Sushi and Shashimi Combo platter. It is ALWAYS fresh and an excellent value for the IMHO. In fact it is the freshest Sushi I have found on Long Island without going to my fav place in NYC. I have never been disappointed. Service is very good. I highly recommend it.

Lovely little joint, servers are attentive, sushi chefs are friendly, food is great and consistent, service is prompt. Minor cons - presentation could be improved, not exactly the stuff you can brag about with pics (it just tastes really good), and the menu is huge. It consists of customer faves with is definitely cool but Id like if they were separate, Id prefer to go through chef choices before adventuring. All in all great spot.

My all time favorite sushi place. The sushi rolls range from $5-8 for standard rolls and $9-15 for special rolls. All together a decent price for high quality sushi. I have been to lots of sushi places but this one is the best. I order out a lot, but when I go to sit down, theyre always kind and offer complimentary samples. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to Kiku now at least a dozen times. The sushi is excellent and very fresh. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I am definitely going back. I only get the sushi here but I have been with others who have gotten the tempura and teriyaki and they have said that was very very good as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I LOVE the spicy chicken Raman noodle dish. Its the perfect balance of vegetables, chicken and noodles. (If you dont like heavy spice they can make it mild or medium.) Also if you get their complimentary tuna and spicy tuna balls they are amazing!

Wife works close to this place, always sees lettuce and other vegetables laying outside to get heat or who knows what... After their filth and pungent smell out the backdoor was noticed Id say stay far away...

This is probably one of my favorite Japanese restaurant in this area. The food and price are reasonable. Ive been here 3-4 times and always offered free samplers on the house, which is absolutely unheard of.

The best service at a sushi restaurant ever and very friendly. Lunch special was simple and tasty. My first time here and they gave me a complimentary appetizer. Food was out in 5 mins. Yum!

The special rolls were not cool enough and tastes off. I did not like the shredded consistency of the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. The look of them in my opinion are unsettling
