The staff is friendly enough, so I really wanted to like this place. We called for a semi large party last minute and they were very happy to accommodate us. When we walked in, we were seated immediately. The restaurant was full. That is where everything went downhill. The table was gross - the surface was sticky, as if it hadnt been wiped down at all. I dont think I got over this the entire meal. When ordering, I ordered 2 salads along with our appetizers for the table. The waiter failed to mention that we were getting complimentary salads, so The bf and I ended up with too much salad. I was slightly irritated as the salads were not the cheapest and I hate wasting food. When the entrees came, the waiter brought everything out in intervals. By the time everyone at the table had their food, I was still sitting there with an empty plate. After about ten minutes, we flagged down the waiter to ask about my food. He never took down my order. How? I ordered in between two people! He didnt even apologize. My food finally came out and it was kind of gross. The rice on my rolls was over-seasoned - wet and too sweet. I couldnt eat it. I ended up picking the fish bits out and just eating that so I didnt feel like I wasted food. In their defence, the sushi boat was good - but that only says something about the quality of the fish. The bf and my rolls were still awful. They brought us complimentary bean paste soup and complimentary ice cream desserts. But I cant get over the fact that they missed my entire order. Also there were two servers for the floor but it was so difficult to flag them down. Our tea cups were empty half the time and no one came around to fill them unless we really worked to flag them down. I was really disappointed and would probably avoid coming back. The prices are fair, the food didnt make me sick, and the staff meant well - so I gave them 2 stars for that.

I have been going here for over 20 years and the food is amazing. However, the staff has changed and the past few times I have been here the customer service has been horrible. The salad is just a few pieces of lettuce with ginger dressing. They used to give small appetizers when you ate there, they eliminated the crab pancakes, seaweed salad, and pickles. The young lady who is the waitress/receptionist taking orders is very rude. I wasnt permitted to order another roll because it was 20 mins before they were closing, she forgot our appetizer and wouldnt cancel it after our food came and she when she made my friends order wrong she refused it was wrong. When I called to order on another occasion, she said to hold she was too busy and retuned asking "what do you want?" It just sucks that my favorite sushi place is going down the tubes because of poor customer service. I hope they fix it.

Awful experience. This place made us leave because a bigger party came in and the waiter claimed that our table was reserved even though we were already sitting, their full party arrived after we did and Ive been going there for years and i know they dont take reservations. I will never set foot in that place ever again, they just lost over $500 a year in business.

This place offers authentic Americanized Japanese/Korean food. Ordered lunch take out for 3 people on a holiday Sunday and waited 40 minutes. The food was made-to-order but their efficiency needs improvement. Call at least one hour ahead if you have a big order. Their sushi menu offered different combination of a few basic but fresh ingredients.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, it was empty so waiting for food was not a problem for me. Inside out rolls come with 5 rolls but they are hefty in size. I ordered the spicy tuna roll (awesome) and the Volcano roll (amazing) you wont be disappointed coming here. The waiter answered all out questions and was super patient. Highly recommend.

simple restaurant, small...nice service....portion is good.....we order the sushi and sashimi A,....cant finished it with 3 ppl....few pieces left....special A, has lot of pieces, but not a lot of variety....only common fish.

Love this place!!! I just moved to the area about a month ago and have had the sushi 3 times now. Its a cute, clean, family run business and theyre very accommodating!! The food is fresh and comes out quickly.

My mother couldnt finish her Bento Box so we took it to go. When we got home we opened it up only to discover that it wasnt her food, but rather someone elses leftovers... gross.

The store itself is pretty small but the workers are so nice! There is such a warm ambience and the food is not too pricey. I think its a good place to get a quick meal.
