Unfortunately I am very disappointed in this Jamba Juice location. First off, the manager told me that the kind of business they run is that of which "if you can not catch on to a fast pace, that they will release you." Parents, dont let your children be given half ass training and then be let go and in sorrow. Instead of releasing those people WHICH REPRESENT Jamba, as a manager one should spend time in helping and lending their hand. As well as she told me it was very busy all the time... there was one person in there and then when I left three were behind me... yeah. Busy to them = five people... disregarding the fact that in thr summer you may not want to work there because if that manager cant handle five people, she should get a reality check. Last but not least is the disrespect of her screaming over me as I was telling her about my expirience. Lack of education in business management, she will be needing the luck since they have to hire people a day before a foot snow storm.

This has been my Jamba location since moving to Westminster a year ago. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Sometimes a bit too fast...and an order gets forgotten. But they are always quick to fix it. My one complaint regards an asian girl who ive only seen on one or two occasions.... you know how they peel away the straw wrapper and put it in the cup for you?...well, despite the careful removal of the bottom portion of paper, I saw her put her (im sure filthy) hands all over the unwrapped portion to get it into the cup(not only on my order, but the previous 3 orders ahead of me). Seriously, if you cant follow the sanitary practice of inserting the straw from the paper covered top, then simply let patrons put their own straw in. Just saying.

Worse experience ever. My sister and I waited about 30 minutes for our drink because the staff forgot about my order. About 10 other people ordered after us and ended up getting their drinks before ours. I went up to the desk to tell the cashier that we still havent gotten our drinks, he then told us we would need to wait longer because they ran out mango juice. The lady after us order the same mango smoothie and got hers before ours. The staff did not even apologize for forgetting our order or making us wait. I ended up getting a refund after waiting 30 minutes and walked out with no smoothie. I am very disappointed! Never going to jumbo juice again after this experience!

CUSTOMERS NEED TO TAKE A CHILL PILL!!! First of all, you guys are rocking it with guest service. Second, smoothies are perfect here. Third, I FEEL SO TERRIBLE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARENT MORE UNDERSTANDING. People need to take a chill pill and understand that their orders take time and that there are human beings on the other side of the counter. You guys are doing an amazing job and you all are polite and patient. I really hope you all understand that!! Thanks for the AMAZING guest service & awesome smoothies!! Keep rocking it guys!!!

Staff was too young, rude and cared less about customers. Havent been to Jamba in years and because of the experience I had, I will NEVER go back. Filled my cup HALFWAY full and when I told them to fill it up I got attitude and a response that "the cups are bigger" so thats why its not filled up. No I just paid $4.55 for a drink, you will fill it up. DONT COME BACK.

Every time I go service sucks and so do the smoothies always watery or mostly juice worst smoothie shop I ever been to wish there was another one near by. Also expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes busy or not. Over price juice and crappy service. Stood at the counter for a while with no acknowledgement.

The employees at this Jamba Juice are very friendly and patient. I never know what i want and usually have a coupon and they never hassle me about it. The only thing i hate is the hoola hoop laying around for kids...that store is not big enough for it lol!

Over three weeks without a "blade" to make juice, I have gone in here so many times and they were out of "carrots" or their "orange juice" machine did not work. The staff is awesome and it is not their fault!! But this place needs to be better managed!!

My family and i was driving and we pulled up at it was closed. It specifically says it closes at 9 PM and my family and I drove all the way from northglenn which was 15 minutes away. It was closed when I got there which was at 8:35 PM.

The worst customer service. It took 30 minutes after I ordered to get my smoothie. I will never go to Jamba Juice again. I go to this location every week and they are always slow but today was exceptionally awful.
