Do not ever go here! I went there 2 times and both times I had a bad experience. The first time I went there I was told that I needed to wait for fresh fries to be cooked. I was OK with that so I waited about 15 minutes and I waited for nothing. I still got cold old fries. The second time I went I decided to get the fried chicken, well they didnt have any. They told me it would be 20 minutes before there would be any fresh chicken. So I decided to get their chicken strips. That was a bad idea, they seriously were hard and tasted that they have been sitting there since yesterday. Their soda was like soda water and it seemed they were too lazy to change their soda machine. My boyfriend got a burger from there as well and he got 2 bites into his burger and bit into frozen uncooked hamburger. We couldnt finish our food and threw their nasty food away. Dont waste your money at this nasty place. Oh, by the way, the manager was the one serving us... Smh

I wished I could only give a zero instead of the one for the rating.I give up. I come here every other week on Wednesday for the special and a root beer float. Ive been doing this for almost a year. The service sucks, the place is filthy dirty, and my order is messed up. They have new employees all the time, and are short staffed. This is not fast service. Even with one car it takes 20 minutes to get your order.I have never gone to fast food place and the drive-through has a car parked at the entrance to stop customers from using the drive-through. Last week walk-in was closed and I was going to go to the walk-in because they always had my order wrong. Is this a franchise? If so I would think they have certain standards for the upkeep in the maintenance of the place. The parking lot has so many potholes you have to avoid. I know at McDonalds has strict rules and regulations on the upkeep and maintained. Does the owner, KFC, not care?

Seriously, went there at 2pm for lunch. One car ahead of me no one behind me in the drive through. It takes 10 minutes for the car ahead to get their food and by that time one person is now behind me. I pull up and shes like you had chicken strips right? No, I had a burger and fries. "Oh I mixed up the order, takes my payment and tells me to pull to the front to wait and warns me the fries will be hot. I ask for dipping sauces. I wait another 8 minutes, see the person who was behind me leave then they finally bring me my meal. She says, I put ketchup in there for in case you wanted it. Im like, did you put the sauces I ordered in there? Oh, no I didnt know you ordered some, I can go get it. Im, no thank you. I try a fry as Im leaving and they are ice cold, as is my burger. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

1 star isnt even low enough to rate this "BUISNESS". When we walked in it was absolutely disgusting. The soda machine had what looked like weeks old soda in the drain that stinks so bad. When we finally got our food their was hair in the mashed potatos and my chicken wasnt cooked all the way. I didnt even complain about the hair only the chicken because Im pregnant and cant eat raw chicken. Not that ANYONE would want to. The guy took the chicken from my husband pulled it apart and said it was cooked because its on a timer. News flash the timers dont always mean its cooked all the way. After making a scene and saying I wouldnt get sick from eating it he had them make a new one. I will NEVER come back to this place and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned for weeks.

I would have to say ive been in a porta jon that was cleaner then this place. Sat down at a table and basically stuck to the booth and table, and after waiting 20 mins for our lunch, and bringing it to the attention of the cashier it had been 20 mins. She looked at me and said yup it sure has. Not a problem if the place was slammed for business except we were one of six people in the place and maybe 2 or 3 in the drive thru. Obviously not a packed establishment by any means. I think the food and health administration needs to look into this place just so they would clean inside. Wipe a table and the seat off its not hard. The owner should be embarrassed of the employees there and should seriously check into how their place is being ran. Will never eat at that place and suggest no one should either.

17 Minutes at the drive-thru window. I like A&W food, but this location sucks. Honestly. Blatant incompetence. The fact its not McDonalds has got to be the only reason it hasnt gone out of business. The "order clock" they use to track how long theyre taking stops counting seconds at 10 minutes. I watched while I waited for an A2 and corndog nuggets. Its not like the people in front of me ordered 50 different things, there was nobody in front of me! It honestly took them 17 minutes to deliver a cheeseburger and corndog nuggets. Didnt offer coupons or small ice cream for the inconvenience either. Im all out of second chances for this location, its just horrible and its not getting better.

Tables dirty, trash on the floor, serves slow. They were busy and understaffed I understand that, but having to wait 40+ minutes after paying is beyond terrible. The guy whom served us, kept arguing with us stating he had already given us all of the food we order, while still missing 1/2 of our order, wouldnt even give us a receipt for the transaction. The cashier also touched our food after taking our money, without washing his hands. Poor customer service overall and The food itself was flavorless, cold, subpar at best. Morgan however was very nice and tended to us to the best of her abilities and was very polite when dealing with other upset customers.

Almost called the cops, I went thru the drive thru he said it would be a five minute wait, to go park, so I did, I went in and waited for 45 min, as I was sitting at the table a spider came down on its web into the table, I asked for a refund I couldnt wait any longer and he told me he couldnt do that and that I could come back in a hour to talk to the manager to get my money back I watched him prorate the good with his bare hands, and I told him I was calling the cops if he didnt refund my money, this place is a joke and dont recommend it to anyone

If I could give a -10 I would. I dont know how this place even stays in business ITS DISGUSTING, it took over 10 mins just to get to the window to pay, then another 5 to pay and get my food. The fries where cold my burger had WAY TO MUCH mustard and my sons mini corn dogs where just tossed in the bag upside down, so they all feel out and they where really over cooked. This place is CRAP DONT EAT HERE.
