Came here for lunch today, and was completely disrespected. I ordered a burrito with JUST chicken and Rice. And the cashier charged me with a full price burrito, (let me point this out, I worked at chipotle last year for 5 months until I quit because of illegal and unfair things happening in the restaurant) and I quickly told her I should be getting charged for a 3 point burrito. (2 points for chicken and 1 point for the rice. Which is way cheaper than an full priced chicken burrito). The lady on salsas quickly corrected me back saying "actually its an chicken burrito" and told the cash lady to charge me full price. Than I responded with "I have worked at Chipotle before, and know how the prices and meals work." The cash lady didnt say anything and changed the price on my meal and the salsas lady rolls her eyes and says "whatever" going to help the next customer. Also speaking to the tortilla lady in Spanish about me. Bet she assumed I dont speak Spanish because of my skin color. I found this very rude, and their GM standing there by the grill shouldve done something. But yet let their salas lady argue with me, while other customers are standing in line listening to the conversation, attempting to make me look dumb. Ive had problems at this location before with the same lady on the line, and will not be coming back there again, and neither will my friends with me. That restaurant is full of disrespectful and lazy workers, thinking its okay to argue with customers. I only go here during my lunch hour because my friends want to. And like I said, wont be coming back again.

i have been eating at chipotle since the first one opened in south Denver (including in 4 different states), and this is the second worst chipotle i have ever eaten at. you ask for extra sour cream, and extra cheese, and you get 3 little pieces of cheese, and a drop of sour cream. when i say extra, it means give me two scoops, not 2 tiny pinches that equal 1/2 a scoop total. gotta love a bite of rice only <3 best taste ever. *rolls eyes*...i also noticed i am not the only one having these same problems with this location. Update: just moved into the worst in colorado. 12 dollars and I got half a scoop of rice, half a scoop of beans, and for the extra steak I got 2 half scoops of steak. Worst by far. Do not eat here.

I was the only one there at 9:33pm 9/21/16. The staff was making faces and dancing in front of the security cam before I entered, when I walked in all but one person went into the back. The regular questions and my regular responses resulted in the attendant attempting to put the wrongs beans and salsa on the bowl reducing the portion when I corrected the mistake. As the lid went to go on the other staff came out from the back. While cashing out the food attendant had a full blown conversation with another employee resulting in my waiting for the lid to be put on for an entire minute after the cashing out process. It will be my last visit to this location as they made themselves and a great brand look like fools.

I am not one to EVER complain but I am here with my husband. The music is EXTREMELY loud. I kindly asked the guy at the register if maybe he or someone else can turn the tunes down. He stared at me blankly for about 5-8 seconds and then, with a nasty attitide says, "I guess I can tell my manager." The music was not turned down during our visit here although the same, rude guy did tell me it was turned down. Our burritos were dry. Tortillas for burritos were old (with parts of tortillas hardening)... Chips were stale. We come here often but were very disappointed today.

As soon as walk in the door everyone says Hello...so far so good...then the cashier puts down the toilet cleaning equipment down ...she is not wearing gloves...she puts down the cleaning stuff down on the counter right between the register and the food area. WHAT.....come on toilet brush on the counter....NEVER EVER will i go there again....she did put the cleaning stuff away after I asked if that was the toilet cleaning equipment....behind her on the counter by the chips....GROSS....

This place is nice and effective. The staff for the most part is approachable and not robotic with the exception of a few. Nontheless Alex the manager there is a terrific human. He interacts with customers and makes sure the experience is a positive one. He does a terrific job of giving the customer a good experience. If youre looking for a quick bite at a reasonable price and speed this Chipotle is the way to go !

Very poor customer service. Our family met there for dinner, 10+ party. Some of us ordered extra steak. They gave us only the normal amount, tried to tell us that is extra. There are very rude workers at this location. The meat that I had for my bowl was cold by time I sat down. We will never go to this location again. I never had this problem with Chipotle.

Waited over 2 minutes while employees talked, the normal Chipotle I go to loads up my burrito. Here I got half sized scoops. The young people on the line are distracted and not hard working the cashier was nice but besides that service was sub par. I would rather drove to 88th and Wadsworth for Chipotle much better service. Shouts out to Jerry

Nothing special about this place. The food was good and the service was okay. I give it 4/5 stars because you could tell the staff were new and struggling to keep up with the long lines. They were nice and did a good job trying to keep up with demand.

The people can be very rude and one woman was speaking Spanish to another man about me and it was not nice what was said really funny when I replied to her question in English as to what she was saying to the man about me should have seen her face

A good place like any other Chipotle kind of hard to find a little kitten behind pizza place. Theyre both in the same building so you have to really look for the Chipotle. But otherwise in that great people work there.

Asked for a barbacoa burrito, and they gave me soo little meat in there I probably would have been better off asking for a veggie burrito. They insisted I pay for extra meat if I wanted, terrible service in my opinion.
