We ordered delivery from Jackies today. Weve had their food before and its always been delicious but for some reason today our food came in wrong sizes, under cooked wontons, and hard rice and noodles like they gave me food thats been sitting for a while. I spent 70 dollars on this meal because I have always liked what I got and because I have stomach issues and wanted food that would stay down but when I called to tell them that I wasnt happy with the food I was told that I was that only one to complain today, that they have been too busy, that everyone wants there food cooked differently, and finally that she packed my food and everything was right. I have never been treated so rudely! Especially when I start out by saying I like your food! Im extremely angry with they way she thought she could talk to me. I wanted to pack all the food up and drive it back to them after she so rudely hung up on me. I will not be returning there on principle of this lady whom from other reviews has done this to others.

I have had many wonderful meals delivered over the last several years. The wait time was minumal, the food delicious and fresh. My experience tonight was not up to Jackie Chans usual high standards. The order was rushed and not placed correctly. When I phoned again to request a single dinner, that didnt get ordered (nor was I charged) be delivered I was informed there is a "minimum" of $12.00 needed to be ordered for delivery. I thank the staff of Jackie Chans for the great food and service as this will be the last order placed by my household.

Love the food. Hate the service. We ordered food after hours last night not realizing that it was already 9:30, so I called in the morning to have the order cancelled and the lady that answered just said "You order, we close, no food," and hung up the phone. We ordered food again today at 6:00 pm and have yet to receive our food. We called at 7:30 to know what was going on and they said the driver left 15 minutes ago. We live 10 minutes away WITH traffic. Not ordering from here again.

The kitchen staff is always friendly, funny and inviting. Its definitely one of my favorite cheap Chinese food stops. But Ive had enough of the rude front counter service. This is the worst business owner Ive ever had the misfortune of meeting. On the phone... Total b**** for no reason. In the store... Total b**** for no reason. This WOMAN is bad for business. I give you money for your products and services. Be nice to me. Screw that, dont be nice to me. Just dont be rude.

First, I love this place. Ive been ordering food from here for about two years now and I have always received fresh, delicious food! The prices are not bad, and the customer service Ive usually gotten is great and speedy! There is a white guy delivery driver who seems a bit sketch and tends to take longer to get you your food but still overall friendly. All in all, Id recommend this place to anyone who enjoys delivery Chinese!

Tasty and Fresh I heard mixed reviews from people, but I always like to see and taste for myself. I was starved for lunch and good timing because of the lunch specials. I ordered the Szechuan Chicken with fried rice and egg roll - The food was fast and very tasty with a nice bite. I loved the egg roll you can tell they made them fresh and not frozen - I saved the menu for future deliveries.

Not only was the customer service appalling (demanding a tip, refusing to discuss service, and being hung up on multiple time by the manager), the food was abysmal. They delivered the wrong food and what we did receive was nothing better than an amateur attempt at Kung Pao chicken and General Tso. Dont waste your money supporting this business. Never again.

As I am no food critic, I can only offer my opinion based on the standard delivery food "must-haves". My food arrived 15 minutes after I placed the call. I answered my door to a professionally dressed driver. The food was obviously hot and fresh [including wonton and egg roll]. Covenience, taste, and customer service were all spot on. 5 stars.

Been eating at Hong Kong express for 20 years. Thats where I was introduced to Chinese food and it was always my favorite. Unfortunately it seems to have been bought out a couple of times over the last few years and now a name change. Nothing has changed for the better...cheaper ingredients and smaller portions. I hate change.

I wish I could explain the frustration I have currently! Order food for delivery... Waited. Waited. Waited. Finally called back, to be told they dont deliver this far! Im 3.9 miles from your business, how far do you deliver? I confronted this lady on the phone only to be told F#&! Me and hung up on! Thanks Jackie Chan...

Having a long background in customer service And Having been on the hunt for good Chinese food since I moved here this by a land slide is the best food I have found I have a new favorite place friendly people fast delivery great food and reasonable prices what more could you ask for I would strongly recommend

The food was fresh, not greasy and the person who answered the phone to take our order was professional and the delivery driver prompt. Yay finally found our neighborhood Chinese Restaurant!

I sometimes order to go from here and the food has been really good lately. I like the crab cheese wontons, Sesame chicken, kung pao combination, and lo mein. The owners are nice as well. Prices are pretty comparable to other Chinese restaurants around the area. Not sure why reviews are so low here.

Delivery was much quicker than expected via GrubHub. Food was hot and incredibly delicious! I ordered szechuan shrimp, cream cheese wontons, and pork egg rolls and was very pleased. More than enough food for great value. Driver was very polite. I will be ordering from here very often!

Ok these people have no idea what duck sauce is. That aside, this is the best Chinese food in the area. NY style. Not overpriced, dry, or cooked by a Mexican like every other Chinese restaurant in the area. They also have a lot of coupons if you are a larger family.

Large sized shrimp and great flavor! I was very surprised at how fast it arrived for a Friday night. 30minutes from the time I ordered. Everything was hot and crunchy. I used grub hub and this restaurant gave me 5 dollar off coupon to order again. And I will!

I really like the food here. Ive been coming here for years and they have never done wrong by me. The prices are a bit on the high side but the food is great so I order anyway. orange chicken and chicken broccoli with crab cheese wantons are my favorite.

Excellent food, family owned business. Prompt delivering unless its Friday night or is snowing, which is to be expected. The owners are very hard working, honest, and clean. Best Chinese restaurant in the area!
