I honestly cannot give Masa a higher rating than one star. My fiance and I ordered three dishes for delivery. We like to to switch up restaurants to find the best ones around and this is at the bottom of the list. 1.5 hour delivery time into downtown. Painful. First, we ordered the Beef with Broccoli, sesame chicken, and combination Lo mein. All three we absolutely horrible. The beef with broccoli did not have broccoli in the dish at all, rather it was full of onions. Purple soggy onions. The sesame chicken was an strange texture and slightly cold. When we dug further down the container to get warmer chicken we found that there was a bed of onions under the chicken...... seriously. Onions...... Now me personally, I am a lo mein fanatic. This place has the worst lo mein I have tasted. The lo mein had green and red peppers in it and very little meat. No shrimp, very little chicken, and below average beef. But guess what. Onions...... soggy purple onions in the lo mein. Im all for onions in sparingly flavorful quantities but these onions were slimy and repulsive. Needless to say, we did throw the food away and were quiet irritated. So, do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place to eat at/from.

22 reviews 1.0 star rating 1/22/2017 The driver was rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. He couldnt find my apartment, then blamed it ON ME like it was my fault. Then when he comes inside the building and finds my apartment, he says "Next time I am not doing that?" Not doing what? Delivering my food to my apartment like you are supposed to do??!! I left him no tip, and then he said "F*** you, you f****ing (insert b word)!" He yelled so loud that my neighbors heard. Then when I called to complain about his bad behavior, the guy at the restaurant who picked up the phone didnt care. Never again!!!

My husband and I do takeout here at least once a week and just love it. The price is right and one portion size of the curry is enough for both of us. Ill admit Ive never eaten at the restaurant location, but they do have a good ambiance and everyone is always extremely polite when I pick up food. Their curry is some of the best Ive had in a long time and the spring rolls are delicious! I think they may have a hard time attracting customers because of their location along Federal, but Id recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I enjoyed our delivery food immensely. We spent only $20 (using a free appetizer coupon) and had more than our fill with chicken lettuce wraps, summer rolls, golden tofu and one entrée of ginger chicken (medium spicy). We barely made a dent in the chicken wrap fill and ginger chicken entrée. Perhaps we ordered a little heavy on the chicken, but all the flavors were delicious. A little Sriracha on the tofu and summer rolls and we were perfectly content. We will order again.

Definitely dislike folks in Wheelchairs! I went a second time because sometimes folks are off their game. Both times the entrance was crowded with crap that would not allow a wheelchair or walker or crutches through. When I brought the difficulty to their attention, both times I was met with stoney silence...no offer to help...no apology. The first time i went, I was thrown by the angry, loud shouting in the kitchen. The second time by the dirty kitchen floor. I tried...wont go a third time.

Ugh...not sure what I just stuck in my mouth. What I do know is it was a congealed mess! Steamed rice was a sticky glump of goo, happy family was lacking in "happy".. I think the shrimp was prepared a week ago & thrown into a deep freezer & the sauce was stringy & weird. Ive never had fried rice quite like that & hope I never do again. Bad experience all around, lesson learned!! I will not be exposing my family To this horror ever again! I would much rather eat fried bologna & mac n cheese

The food quantity and quality was alright. Price for the dish was a little high (especially the $5.50 seaweed salad). But I wouldnt be writing a review because of that. Service interaction with the staff was very poor. The driver was rude enough to ruin the experience for me. The food also took a very long time (over an hour twenty) when ordered at 2:30 p.m. so not exactly prime time hours. Overall I dont think Ill order from them again given the other options.

I have never been served food that was covered in mold. When I told the green eyed waitress she could careless. The food would have made us sick if we would have eat it. We just wanted food that we could eat the waitress would not help us so we paid 9$ a plate and let her know we would never come back she just told us "good". PLZ safe your self never eat here!!!!!

Theyre not the best at everything, but they do make some great dishes, and I continue to eat here somewhat frequently. Their Sushi is good, their Pad Thai is awesome, I wasnt impressed with the Vietnamese noodle dish, but it wasnt bad either. All their soups are pretty good too. They cook fairly fast, and deliveries are speedy. Give them a try.

Some of the best Chinese food in Denver, and at very reasonable prices. The vegetables are consistently crisp and fresh, and the portions are quite generous. The neighborhood is admittedly ugly (on Federal near the stadium), but the food is fantastic. This is NOT little cardboard box Chinese food. Support this little restaurant.

I had sesame chicken and cream cheese wontons delivered to my motel room (Hotel VQ) and it was really good and delivered very quickly. I gave it 4 stars just because there are so many other dishes that I havent tried. Oh and I love it that they have their menu viewable online!

Disgusting... The orange chicken looked and tasted as though it was three day old left overs from Panda Express. The Kung Pao chicken was lukewarm and swimming in soy sauce. Overall, terrible experience. I would have given it no stars but Google requires at least one star.

I got sesame tofu from here. Sauce was kinda bland, way too much sesame seed on the tofu. Pretty sure I can make a better sesame tofu dish at home. Portions were pretty average at best for the cost and quality. May return to try their sushi, but not for anything else.

I loved what they make with the sushi! Although, when I make an order and asked to NOT add wasabi, they did it anyways. Other than that small occasional mistake, I recommend this place if youre craving sushi for a slightly lesser price than most other restaurants.

Ordered through grub hub and although they quoted a 2 hr delivery window it arrived in 45 minutes. Food was overall good, not great. The Mongolian Beef had way too many onions that werent fully cooked. Orange chicken was good and basil chicken was tasty.

This place is awesome. Very large portions, definitely reasonable prices, and did I mention the dishes are delicious? Have had sushi, a couple of different curries, and a couple of the different soups and salads. Shrimp Panang curry was so so good!

We ordered our food for delivery and the driver left my food at the wrong house on the porch. we called and they were very short with us. after 2 hours and a phone call we have yet to receive our food. I will not be ordering from here again.
