I dont know whats been going on with Noodles these last few years, but our experiences have been terrible. We actually stopped going for a year or two and just gave them another try tonight. Our order was over $40 for 3 meals with extras like added proteins, sauces and such. When we got home, we realized they completely forgot our daughters milk and there were ZERO meatballs in her spaghetti AND meatballs meal. My Pad Tai, which I ordered with EXTRA SAUCE, was completely void of sauce but came with a side of approximately two tablespoons of sauce. Which was nasty in flavor and congealed. Between the added chicken and veggies, (the latter which was missing) the small amount of sauce did little to the meal. My husbands cheeseburger Mac n cheese, while also a regular like mine, was half the size and came with only 4 small meatballs; two of which were added as extra meat at $2. The potstickers were literally flat (this was new) and very greasy and the flavor was unpalatable. The whole meal was a joke really and ultimately, it went back and we received a refund. What a clusterf*ck for what we hoped would be an easy take home meal.

From walking through the from doors, this Noodles & Company shines its hospitality. The employees are very friendly and are willing to help you make those tough choices when you cant decide. Also they will do their best to help describe any new dish you are interested in. After ordering you will be given a number and you can find a table of your choosing. While chatting with friends you wont have to worry about the inconvenience of getting up for your food, the workers cook your food and bring it out shortly after ordering. If thats not enough, your dirty dishes are busted like at a normal sit down restaurant. To top it all off, they also offer carry-out it and preordering if you are in a time crunch. Awesome restaurant!

When I was younger I loved noodles and company! It was a great experience i knew everyone and always got my order correct. I didnt get noodles in company for a while because we moved, and there were none down there. Finally they built one, my family and I went right away. I was upset to see that it had no sauce, we ordered extra chicken to which there were none in sight and to top it off the noodles were stale. I went back to were I used to live. I got what I always got and same thing. Obviously something is going on and for now I might as well go to Wendys and get better service and food.

I love Noodles and Co. The staff is so friendly, food is out quickly and hot. My order is always correct (and I have a large family of 6!). Last year, my oldest daughter wanted Noodles for her birthday dinner. Though they normally do not do a birthday celebration, they heard it was her birthday and brought her over a massive cookie for free. Its these little things that add up. It took me a long time to convince my husband to come here, but after he finally gave in, he loves it!

Ive yet to ever have a good experience and Noodles & Company. I dont understand the whole mindset of here are your noodles, and here is a pre-measured amount of sauce to put on said noodles. That doesnt work, and if the company is barely holding on to profits by limiting the amount of sauce their employees put on noodles; then there is a problem. Under-seasoned, and under-proportioned amount of "sauce" per-plate kills the experience.

I dont reconmend this location. My Pad Thai wasnt made right. Chicken was cold, noodles had just enough sauce to make it oily tasting. No cilantro or spice to it. Couldnt find any evidence of egg in any shape or form. My girlfriend says theyre always lack on ingredients and she must ask for extra sauce every time. Other Noodles and Company locations are great! But avoid this one if you like them.

Dont bother. Our bowls were thrown at us when they were served, and two out of the four bowls we ordered were still cold from storage. The meat was raw. Overall, it was a horrible experience from both the customer service and, most importantly since this is a restaurant, the food. I felt embarrassed to have taken my parents here who were visiting from out of town.

My favorite resturant. I take the family there and it is always the best food . Kinda high prices for the quantity but the quality is what you really pay for and its top notch. Service is always friendly and fast also the place is always extreamly clean. I recomend this to everyone and anyone who loves great food and a friendly enviorment :)

Friendly staff, clean lobby and awesome menu. It was my first time eating here and I had the pad thai bowl. The servers brought it out to our table and we maybe waited 10mins. It was hot and delicious! The server also came back to check if we needed anything and if everything was to our satisfaction. We will be back!

Lunch was quick, food was excellent, staff was polite. Loved the fresh spinach, tomato, and red onion in my Fresca-something-or-other meal. Veggies were not over cooked. I added the parmasean crusted chicken. It was very good. Ill be back.

Always fast and friendly! I typically just do phone orders, and they usually get it all right ... there have been a few times where I was missing something, and didnt find out until after getting home, but they always make it right.

The girl at the counter did not seem to care about customers. They seem to run the show with a bunch of interns, even in the kitchen. The food was very salty. Not coming back to this one.
