I worked at this location for over a year and a half. I loved my employees and my customers. We had a great manager at one point and when he was fired all went down hill . they eventually handed the store off to a woman with no class and no sense of customer service. She hires all her friends and is huge on favoritism. She rules with an iron fist but never does her job. She left several employees unpaid for so long they were forced to quit. Franchise owners dont care about food safety or customer service as long as they dont have to work. Floors rotted and spewing water in the prep area food is dated then used way past date fryer almost exploded during a food safety audit because its never cleaned properly. Customers complain of cold food and bad service only to be told they arent welcome back. Employees complain they dont get breaks and/ or their pay and they are told the same. This is the reason i had to quit. I worked an 11 hour shift and asked for a 10 minute break and was refused then told i was to receive a write up for complaining that i couldnt have breaks. Completely illegal! These pictures are of my final days at jack. I walked into this mess almost everyday the prep area is the most alarming. This is what the manager left the place like at the end of her shift beginning of mine. Please dont eat here it doesnt look safe to me. And then theres the boxes in the break room where minors take their breaks and the boxes almost tipping. Complete insanity.

Everytime I have been here for late night snacks and milkshakes they have either been "understaffed" "the system was down" or they were cleaning the machines. The last reason is the only one I believe. Seriously?? Why operate a 24 HOUR restaurant when you arent going to actually BE OPEN during all hours of the day! Horrible management choices. I will never come here again after tonight, the 6th night we have attempted to get milkshakes and fries at not even 12 AM. We were greeted by the employee telling us he was the only one there and could not place our order. What??!! So why did they HIRE YOU? To stand there the whole damn night not serving customers? So done with this place. Ghetto neighborhood and a ghetto service.

I love this place the service might be a bit slow due to the short staffing at night and Ive talked to management and its not because they dont hire people its because of all of the call offs and no call no shows. And yes they dont have some of the stuff sometimes because they have to clean it for the people on the next shift like the rice cooker and the shake machine. And yes I have seen them at work and everything is fresh and made to order. If your food is cold its because you probably waited too long to eat it. Same with the fries. Dont blame it on the employees. How would you feel taking multiple orders at once and gettting then out as fast as possible and having to deal with rude costumers some of the time.

Just had the most horrible experience here ever. They forced my elderly grandmother out of the car before they would even serve us our food. We used to come here at least 3 times a week and spend about 45 in a week. Now there is no way you can pay us to go because of this incident. They basically gave my grandmother a big middle finger saying sh is no longer welcome here and that is unacceptable. I would love to get a hold of there managers manger because that is not OK. Wish no stars was an option but isnt. Also, Id like to receive a some number i can call to there general manager to make sure we can get this issue fix. If not I will be dedicated to ruining this company name.

Its 630 am. According to this, they are not too busy right now...bc I just went there and THEY WERENT OPEN! The lady working said they dont open til 7am. I have come before work many times and I have to be at work at 645am...so I checked to see if this changed and according to this the hrs are 6am-9pm. Come on JITB, Im a big fan and come often and dont even mind the wait when I order bc I know u make it to order....but if I cant count on u to be open when u ate supposed to be...people are less likely to chance it and we just go elsewhere. Very disappointed. PS I look forward to the lady in the am. Shes always so upbeat and happy. Sorry I missed her!

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS 5 STARS BECAUSE I NEED MY REVIEW TO BE SEEN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE SUCH TRASH!! MY FAMILY AND I WENT IN TO GET LUNCH AS SOON AS WE GET THERE EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! WE DECIDED LETS JUST GET OUR FOOD TO GO. NO! WE CANT BECAUSE THEY RUINED OUR ORDER!! I TOOK THE SANDWICHES UP TO THE CASHIER AND LET HER KNOW IT WAS WRONG SHE TRIED TO HELP ME BUT THE LINE COOK WANTED TO THROW HER BITCHY ATTITUDE AT ME LIKE I WAS PURE TRASH. DONT EVER EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TRASH AND FILTH. THE MANAGER STOOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF THR BUILDING SMOKING AND ON HER PHONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Horrible service went there at about 6:45 am and the lady in the drive threw said she wasnt open when the sign on the window said they opened at 6 am. Went back at about 11:40 pm and since the inside was closed I went to the drive threw instead (didnt have a car was on bike) and when I was about to get my food the guy was being an so incompetent told me I couldnt go to the drive threw without a car (while using "buddy" about 20 times) so I was like "ok wont do it again" but instead of giving me my food he makes right there he makes me go around to the door. A different guy gave me my food he was pretty cool tho

This location is horrible.. the customer service is so bad.. the moment I pulled up and started to order, I was being rush, the lady cut me off and wouldnt let me finish what I had to say.. when I got up to the window, the person who took my order had 3 bags of food in her hand and handed to them sloppy and in a rush. Once I checked my order, they forgot 3 things and got mad at me for wanting them to correct my order... i will never go back here... and for anyone who else goes there. , check your order before you go because they miss everything..

I had never even been to a Jack In the Box, but this location blew me out of the water. It is better than every fast food restaurant on this side of town. They didnt rush us to order, they double checked our everything was in their, everyone at the window was super nice and professional. If the people in this/our area knew how good it was, this place would be full, but Ill just take advantage of the time they are able to spend on each customer. Even their Coca Cola tasted better!
