Ordered the lobster bake and every single mussel was unopened ( which means you are playing Russian Roulette if they are bad or not). The waitress placed in a new order for just the mussels and they came out rather quickly. I ate about 3 or 4 of the new ones and picked up a shell and realized that they were all busted/pried open. Asked for the manager who tried to tell me that the mussels are sent to them precooked and frozen and that in packaging they were pushed back closed and safe to eat. Um no, look at these, these were never opened and you are taking a rather big chance on unopened shell fish being bad and the new ones are all broken open. Also if they were just push back closed when frozen, they would have re-opened when heated up because the adductor mussel of the shell fish would have already released. This was Saturday June 17, 2017. I ended up on the toilet the entire next day from what I know were bad mussels. They did take my meal off of the bill but that doesnt make up for a miserable Sunday.

Sometimes I wonder why I get myself into these types of places but then Im reminded that I have kids and they can talk you into all kinds of things. My daughter got straight As on her report card and had seen advertisements for all you can eat shrimp at RL. Trying to reward her for her efforts I agreed to take her and the rest of the family there in celebration. I was kind of blown away at the prices as they were comparable to higher end restaurants but I figured hey maybe they have improved since my last visit many years ago. Wrong. We all ordered the all you can eat shrimp. You choose 2 styles of shrimp and then when they deliver those they hound you about what you want next so they can enter the order and this goes on and on. Problem is, none of them were good. Even the kids were like "do we have to finish this" and then the next batch arrived. We ate what we could and got out of there but not until we paid $18 per person + $2-4 per non-alcoholic drink.

Rating based on numerous visits to this branch and 1 other, with the Lobster Pizza always a 4-⭐, wholly satisfying. This visit was no different with the pizza as our starter. My husband and I each both ordered the same New entree on the menu, the Crab Cake Dinner, which comprised of 2 small crab cakes each topped with 2 large grilled shrimps on a bed of some sort of creamy rice and grilled zucchini and yellow squash on the side. The shrimps and not the crab cakes turned out to be the star of the dish. We would have gladly done away with the crab cakes and had more of the shrimps. Overall, this entree is a 3-star at best. The Clam Chowder was ok. Coffee was tepid. Not my favorite place for coffee. Visited on a weekend, late afternoon and about a 10-minute wait for a table. Service was great.

I called at 2:20pm was told for 5 it would be 45 to 50 mins. I called from the parking lot. Literally 2 seconds away. We came in and a girl told me it would be an hour and a half wait. When I said I just called she said I should have been told that it could change at anytime. When I explained that was NOT what I was told. A young man rudely corrected me and said " I did tell you that." I told him he did not I know exactly what he said I JUST CALLED. The girl behind the counter told me and my sister in law, " so is an hour an a hAlf OK or not?!" I had to let my sister in law answer bc I was about to lose my cool. Their staff, no matter if they are under pressure should be polite and they were not. Not one of them. Crappy!

Every time I go I get sat next to the noisey kitchen. This time in particular we had to send our food back it had stayed under the warmer to long and my lobster and crab was dry and completely saltless. I asked the Waiter if they stopped using salt n the water to season the crab and he said he wasnt sure. I asked him to ask the Chef. He then told me they dont salt the water. I was confused because I use to go to this location all the time until my experiences have been declining in quality, service and all around experience. Who wants to pay 100$ for lobster, crab and shrip thats unseasoned, dry and expensive? Not me. Pick another location maybe.

It started when I walked in to get my husband and I a seat. A Hispanic family was in line before me. I am Hispanic as well. They stepped out of the way, to be seated. I stood there waiting a second, I got completely ignored by the the host. I stood closer to the hostess table she tells me itll be another 5 minutes assuming- (her)Im with the other group. So I immediately got offended , like how rude!! Because I am Hispanic so is this other group?? We all are together? ? Oh no!!! I turned around and walked out of there! Wont be returning, she needs to ask every guest that walks in if theyve been helped!

6pm dinner on friday july 8, Dried out tasteless cardboard coconut shrimp, 4 nickel size scallops for an 8$ serving, lobster bisque soup was so salty and old I couldnt choke it down. Server let my drink go dry, took my glass, my food came out from another server - i inquired about my drink.... 5 minutes later i get my refill. Garlic biscuts were good, but those are near impossible to screw up. Wont be back and will make a point to tell people I know to avoid this place.

Checked in, 25 30 minute according to hostess. My pager went off "accidentally" said hostess, shell puts us back in line. She did indeed all the way back to end of the line. Finally got seated, our server was good. The restaurant must of ran out of biscuits because we had to wait 10-15 minutes for some and when they did come out they were small. One of the orders had asparagus and it was over cooked and tiny little things. Not a good experience.

Like any Red Lobster this place was just like the rest of them in decor. The food was good too. I had the Admirals Feast and it was a lot of food! I eat a lot and found myself thinking I may have ordered too much but boy did I enjoy it except I should have asked for twice as many sauces. The biscuits as always were delicious. The only downside was the server accidentally overcharged us $25 but after we pointed out the error she fixed it.

Remember those red lobster commercials where the long crab legs shatter when cracked? Not here! Ordered there King crab legs and could not open them. Spoke with a manager who said corporate told them crab legs had to be boiled vs steamed for a preset time. What a sad waste! Asparagus thin and stringy. Overall a huge expensive disappointment when we just wanted an easy meal of tasty crab.
