This location has gone downhill a lot. My co-worker and I come here to catch up outside of work on Saturdays usually and normally its great but the last few times have not been so good and this past Saturday was the worst. They have drinks with glasses you can take home. We each ordered a drink and they did not come out in the special glasses when we confronted the waiter he said they were out of the glasses so I asked if there was a rain check policy for these glasses and he supposedly asked the manager but the manager says its an availability issue and nothing can be done. Okay so we let it slide then when we go to order entrees there is a trio with crab cakes the waiter advised us that we just got the crab cakes in and it would be 30 minutes to cook. We were not in a rush so we just said okay he looked annoyed that we would still want them. The food comes out and my friend didnt like the taste of his so he ate maybe 2 bites from the whole dish but the waiter did not even acknowledge it and just took it away. He could have cared less if the food was good or not. All in all it was a terrible experience again and I dont plan on going back. Good Bye Red Lobster.

Whatever you do, DO NOT inquire about your order. Same table exact same meal, both my wife and I paid the upcharge to get the larger sweeter crab legs. Meal comes and my legs were 3 sizes larger than hers! We politely asked if she had received the correct crab legs and we got " Oh they are the same, I dont know why they are so much smaller, but if you want I will get you a few more". With his tone, he all but came out and said, I know you want something for free so Ill just give you something to shut up. LOVE THAT!! Especially when I am paying 100 bucks for a 2 person dinner surrounded by dudes in wife beaters. Then to make it an extra special experience, the wait staff decided to vacuum the floor right next to us the ENTIRE TIME!! Are you flipping serious??? Dennys has more Class! Thank you for proving once again customer service is a loss art.........

They were our of items that they were out of on New Years eve. This time we were told it was a supplier issue, they did not want to pay the price he was asking. We had a group of 11 and we went a 4 in the afternoon. Service was horrible, nothing was served together we had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for our group to receive each course. We never were asked if we wanted another cocktail or more water. The waiter would only fill the water glasses if you ask. Not the whole table. Cocktails were never delivered together and were forgotten and had to be reordered. While I understand that stuff happens and they may have been short staffed, the only explanation given to us was about the supplier. And it is not like we have not given them a fair deal this was the 3rd & last time we will go there. Our bill was $400.00 They wont get it again ☹

Disappointed. Went for crab fest. Crab was mushy and overcooked. Fettuccine Alfredo was served gluey and cold. For the price of their crab "special", you can go to King Soopers and buy 3 times (or more!) The amount of frozen crab and throw it into a pot of boiling water yourself and have a much better (and hot!) meal! I cannot complain about the service....it was good. However, the value of the meal had a lot to be desired. Will not ever be going back, will instead spend the money at the grocery and buy crab to cook at home....its a no brainer. Or, better yet...save the money spent to put toward airfare to Florida to feast on stone crab claws in April and May! Did not meet or exceed my expectations.

Asked the waitress the difference between the Alaskan sockeye salmon and the Atlantic salmon. She said they were pretty much the same. Pictured is the portion size of the Alaskan, which seems pretty skimpy for $21. Three of us ordered baked potato, but switched after being told it would be 45 minutes before they were ready. The broccoli side that I ordered instead of the potato came out about the time I was done with the salmon. The cheese rolls finally came out about the time we were mostly finished with dinner. No extras or freebies to make up for it. I would have rated them lower, but gave 3 stars because service in the past hasnt been this bad. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

This particular restaurant is NOTORIOUS for discriminating against families who bring children with them. Be prepared to be seated in a back corner far away from any and every other guest there if you have littles.... we were once seated in a secluded nook near the soft drinks when we brought our 6 month old with us to dinner (even though the restaurant was almost empty!) And its almost a long running joke with us that when we want to sit alone in a dark corner for dinner we go to red lobster, lol. The food here is swimming in oil and butter (even the veggies) & Im almost completely convinced that the prices on their menu reflect the cost of oil they use per item, not the food itself.

Food was ok. Service was lacking.... Asked for dressing on the side, Im pretty sure they put extra dressing on my salad, waitress said she forgot, offered to have another one made if I wanted.... Why would you even ask? Then came the entrees. I ordered fish and chips, which came out as 2 pieces of fish all stuck together and really ugly.... Tasted ok, but didnt look good. We were approximately 1/3 into eating the entrees when the waitress really sort of started badgering us about dessert. Not very relaxing, our pleasant.....

Celebrating my Birthday today.....and a lobster tail is always part of the equation. My daughter and I had lunch there today. I always have a great meal there but today there was an added attraction, it was our dark haired server Kathy!!! (Hope I spelled her name correctly) She was so pleasant and friendly a real joy to visit with. Thanks for such a positive dining experience. Every time I go back I will request her section. I like positive people and shes got it going!!!

Its OK. Ive had a run of bad luck in this place however... typical chain dining experience and wanting to be more but just falling short of it. Both times weve been there as a family recently theyve managed to do something where my meal was incorrect but everyone elses was ok... they fixed it, but then I end up eating after everyone is done. Quality of food is ok but not great... its sad that this is one of the few places in the area to get seafood.

Wait staff was incredibly friendly and fast. Sadly that was extent of our positive experience. The food was simply, awful. I had the fish and chips, my Wife had the crab. My dinner was bland, full of grease and horrible. My Wifes seemed to be an after thought of last years crabbing season. Her corn and potatoes looked as though they were living under the heating lamps. Red Lobster used to be a decent place to have seafood in landlocked Colorado.
