Terrible service... we got there at 7:50pm, got seated, everything seemed to be going well... but wait!!! They completely forgot about us... my wife had enough time to drive from her place of work, about 4 miles or so, and get to us before we finaly had enough waiting and flagged a waiter down to order our drinks. Apologies were exchanged and we moved on, seemed ok, our drinks got there, and our orders were taken. Then another 25 minutes or so went by before the food come out, we ate, seemed good... well we got forgotten again. Long story short, it went about 2.5 hours before we finaly got tired of waiting arround and I decided to call the phone number red lobster had on Google maps. The hosteds answered, and I asked to talk to a manager, figured Id try and get someone to come by our table, but I was put on hold and sat there for 9 minutes before out of the blue our waitress showed up. We payed for the meal and requested a manager, mind you still on hold on the phone waiting to talk to a manager as well. Another 5 or so minutes went by and here she is!! 15 minutes on hold on the phone, and almost 3 hours of sitting arround in the damn place... We explained the situation, and made it clear that we were not looking for a free meal, but this had been one of the worst services we have had dining anywhere, and that considering that the whole place was empty, and extremely slow it was unacceptable... the manager however seemed uninterested in the situation, and offered an apology for taking so long to serve our drinks... a very short rather rude conversation... anyways, this place sucks, the service is terrible, and management does not seem to care... Will not be coming back...

Red Lobster is no longer owned by Darden Restaurant Company and it SHOWS. My husband and I have been regular diners at this Red lobster for years. We were very very dissatisfied with the menu changes, choices available and quality of the food. Our appetizers, shrimp cocktail, were the larger shrimp ( almost prawns) and were not as tender as in the past. I ordered off the Shrimp Your Way menu, getting fried shrimp and shrimp scampi. I was shrimp dishes the taste was off and broccoli was dry . My grandson was with us , a seafood lover to the core, did not like either the fried or the scampi. He eats anything and everything and this was a total disappointment to him. My husband got the feast with Tilapia, he found it to be under cooked and pretty much tasteless. The staff was less attentive, leaving us with empty glasses for long periods of time. The Manager came by to see if we needed anything, seeing that I did not eat my food he did not inquire if there was a problem with my dishes. Chances of us returning in the future are pretty slim. Standards of this restaurant have fallen big time. I may return for a light lunch of tacos, as they are always good but that will be it.

Very poor service. Or should i say HORRIBLE Took the server 10 min to get to our table to greet us by the time she got there the table behind us got sat and already had their drinks, we were ready to order everything! We then placed our order and it took another 15 min to bring our drinks out. we sat waiting for 60 min (1 hour) the people behind us a large party already got their food ,sent it back and got their new plate by the time our food came out we asked to speak to a manager 3 times my husband had to get up to go ask for her because nobody came to refill our drinks or let us know what was going on and not once did she come out she came out for the table next to us but not for us the server never brought our food out she never even came back to our table I can not belive how unprofessional the SO CALLED manager was I will NEVER NEVER go back to this red lobster and i will let family and friends know about their horrible service!!!!

Came here a while ago during an intense snowstorm; wanted to get out of the house, as wed been cooped up inside for a couple days, had a nice 4WD vehicle, and a $100 gift certificate. Place was pretty empty, maybe a half dozen other customers, if that, on a normally-busy Friday evening. Dang snow. We sat in the bar area to get some drinks, and ended up staying there for the whole meal. Bartender was our server, and he was great: polite, funny, professional, and prompt with everything. He shot the breeze with us for a while, left for a while, and was right there whenever we needed anything. We ended up having a bunch of drinks, a tasty and delicious meal, and used the $100 gift card pretty easily. What a nice way to spend a freezing-cold, crappy weather evening with a friend. Im not normally a Red Lobster fan, but the great staff made pretty decent food a great experience.

Unsatisfactory, my husband and I walked in around six and the hostess said there would be a ten minute wait for a table and we were looking at a restaurant with barely half the tables occupied. A second hostess came along and told the first hostess to seat us and she did while mumbling something about being unusually busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress than proceeded to tell us everything they were out of and that the specials were ending soon but we could still order them which just confused us as to why bring up the new specials that was not active and talk about the current ones ending if they were still active Small things but definitely took away from our enjoyment of a meal we both looking forward to.

My family and I went there for "Lobster Fest" to celebrate my birthday. The service was SUPER SLOW. Our server seemed overwhelmed. I took 20 minutes to get out drinks. Someone else brought the appetizers, and then 25 minutes after that they brought the salads, soups and entrees at the same time. They then took the entrees back to let us eat the salads and soup. However it took another 30 minutes to get the entrees back, the SAME entrees back. All yucky and old. The lobster had so much shell it chipped my tooth. At that point I just wanted to leave. Way to expensive for what we received. VERY DISAPOINTED. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Good seafood considering we are in a landlocked state. Service was 5 stars . My wife and I shared a $30 entree, an appetizer, and we each enjoyed two cocktails-4 stars on the food and cocktails. The booth we sat in had a noticeable 8 inch rip in the seat (in the bar area next to the kitchen), the mens bathroom had graffiti carved into the paint in above the bathroom stall-1 star for maintenance, considering a dinner for 2 is an $80 proposition and I sat on a ripped seat and had to read about a man from Nantucket when I went to the bathroom.

I had not been to Red Lobster in over twenty years, and I know why. The salad was made from the middle of the head lettuce (the part that should be thrown in the trash) My daughter had a hair in her salad. The food had little to no flavor and the plates were messy. Presentation was pathetic. We took my mother there at her request for her 78th birthday. We will not be going back ever. We should have taken her to Bubba Gump. The location is in Lakewood the Belmar Red Lobster.
