My Review of Red Lobster: First off please check out the cheddar bay biscuits. Those little buttery pieces of heaven are worth the trip alone. No butter necessary because those savory bad boys are a haven of righteous flavor Now to get down to the restaurant. Its always an adventure spelling that word (restaurant). It took us about 15 minutes to get seated upon arrival. We noticed that most of the restaurant was vacant, so my brother (vexed) questioned why we couldnt have one of the vacant booths. The manager informed him that they were short on servers and wanted all guests to receive proper and full attention. While we were waiting we we noticed some aggressive lobsters in the tanks in the lobby. Some were fighting. The lighting kept on coming on and off above the Lobster tank so me and my father were speculating that it might be some type of soothing light therapy for thr o Being understaffed on a busy night should fall on the shoulders of the GM. The manager informed me that the GM was on vacation. The Food: I ordered the house salad while my father and brother ordered the Caesar. My salad was solid and fresh with ranch dressing,croutons, red onions and cherry tomatoes. The Caesar looked like it was an adequate side salad with croutons, dressing and shaved cheese. So my Dad wanted something from the "catch of the day" menu or something like that. Turns out that they dont have it. So instead he orders some some salmon with hollandaise sauce. Before I go any further with this post I would just like all of the readers to know that I dont eat seafood.

My wife and I decided to go out to eat last Friday (5/16/2014) I was not a fan of the Lobster bisque and the king crab that I got was a little over cooked but in the grand scheme of things, the meal was alright. I know what you are asking yourself; "Why the one star?" Well, the one star started at about 2 AM when I woke up doubled over with stomach cramps. I will leave the rest of the details out but after three days, I have alienated myself from my family and the rest of society, All that I can say is, I will never be returning to Red Lobster and I will simultaneously do everything in my power to make sure everyone I know, knows of these atrocities.

I will never go back to that Red lobster again me and my husband was there to celebrate 27 years we left and went to another Red Lobster ... waitress gave us water in 3 different glasses each glass was dirty... we ordered our food 5 minutes later the waitress came back and told me that one of the item in my meal they had out of and that I needed to pick a substitute I did she put the order in ... she came back and told me that the manager said no substitution I had to pick a entire new meal all because they ran out of King Crab legs.... SUCKS TO BE THEM MISSED OUT OF A 30 DOLLAR MEAL plus my husband meal drinks and appetizers

My girl and I ate here last night celebrating a promotion at work. The service was amazing. We had 3 people helping us and at any given moment were available if we needed anything. We had a coupon for a free appetizer and got the Mussels. Unbelievably awesome, we recommend trying them. My girl had the Snow Crab Legs and I had the Ultimate Feast. Everything was excellent, my only complaint was the lobster was a bit overcooked but still good. Not worth losing a star over. It was the best seafood dinner I have ever eaten and have leftover crab legs for the next day. Great job, we will be back for more.

I decided to go there for good Friday, My wife and I ordered live Maine lobster, I had mine baked stuffed my wifes was steamed. My lobster was so over cooked it was stuck to the shell and her lobster was like shoe leather, Someone needs to teach the chef how to cook. Having owned a restaurant I was very disappointed that they even served a lobster where the shell was BURNT! Maybe this was due to them being busy but someone needs to make changes in the kitchen where food should be checked before being served, This is the worse Red Lobster we have ever eaten at. a total waste of $77.00

We had a gift card and hadnt been to a Red lobster in years so stopped here after shopping on a Saturday night. We were blown away with the service, menu and delicious food. Prices were minimal for what we got and we left full and happy. I was most impressed by the courteous service by Chris and Bruce. Havent gotten that polite and responsive of a server in a long time. Anyhow, leaving a great rating cuz I was very happy with my experience here.

Absolutely the worst dining experience in my life. Absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. From bringing the wrong wine, hello a zin looks totally diff than a riesling! messing up an order and having to re-order because they brought the wrong thing while other people were served. This was just horrible, if the food were good it may have offset my negative thoughts but it was nasty.

Came here on a Tuesday. Very slow, there were three waiters serving six tables, and we could barely get good service. The waiter forgot our dessert and then didnt offer us our change. Food was pretty good though. Except for the calamari appetizer, gross fried broccoli to pretty alright calamari ratio was 5:1. I really liked the food though, and the manager was a very kind man.

This was the Best Food & Customer Service weve had in a long while...... Our Server Megn was EXCEPTIONAL she went above and beyond what was expected of a waiter and she wasnt even suppose to be our server we requested her. We were overwhelmed by how much service and attention we received from over half the staff Thanks Red Lobster for the wonderful experience

Ashley is one of the reasons I come back because she makes you feel Iike your part of the family. Very humble and sweet you go girl! Keep up the good work.

Just an All around relaxing atmosphere. The food was awesome as usual, the waiters were younger this visit so their was not much checking on the diners but overall with the manager in & fraternizing with the customers made it all that more better. Id suggest this location to all whom are looking to relax, unwind & have a good meal.

My love and I went with My mother in law and thought wed have a nice meal. Well the pound and half crab legs we got were brown amd the asperagus tasted fishy. Service was ok. Red lobster had our service taking care of us but all the rest of his tables were in the dining area, we were in the bar area. So service for us was slow.
