Here is a recap of the experience we had for delivery from Cottage Inn Flint on Monday, July 3rd. If this was my company, I would be so embarrassed. Shame on you! We travel a lot and eat out a lot. Because of this we order take out / delivery a lot from local restaurants. I can say with confidence that the delivery order we just received from Cottage Inn is the worst meal we have ever had delivered to us. We ordered what we thought was simple...2 orders of 8 wings at $6.99 each (different flavors), one chicken Caesar salad and one antipasto salad with no red onions and we paid extra for black olives. We were quoted 1 hour for delivery. After an hour and 15 minutes had passed we called and were told that the order was coming. We actually got the order an hour and a half after we ordered it. We ordered and paid for 2 orders of 8 wings..at $6.99 each. We got one order of 14 wings...valued at $9.99. The antipasto salad was supposed to have no onions and we paid extra for black olives. We received a salad with red onions and no black olives that we paid extra for. Additionally, we tipped $5.00 on the website in the "tip" area. The driver told us that they only received $1.00 of the $5.00 "tip" so we felt it was only right to tip the driver additional money. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. She told me that she couldnt credit me for any of the overage / overcharge of the order they messed up on. She told me the only thing she could do was remake the order. She would not credit me for any of the overcharges or mistakes they made on my order.

My family and I spent the last two years overseas and we really looked forward to some good pizza for a change. We based our choice on the ratings and we were utterly disappointed on many levels. I called in the order for my husband to pick up and when he arrived home he only received part of what we ordered and paid for. We called in and requested for it to be delivered and they would only deliver it if we paid extra. We had this issue with another pizza restaurant and they were more than happy to deliver it since it was their error. My husband drove back to Cottage Inn and stated that he was there to pick up the item they forgot to provide us. The employee gave the item to my husband and said, "Here ya go" and walked away without an apology. Despite the extremely poor service, the pizza also tasted similar to frozen pizza. Trust us on that one, that is pretty much all we had over the last two years. We will never visit this place again, even if we are within walking distance.

Ordered Cottage Inn for my daughters Birthday Party, everyone loved it!! Great service, pizza, breadsticks and salad was awesome and a great price, the only thing that was disappointing was only having 1 slice leftover for the next day, but that just goes to how much everyone enjoyed and raved about it. In the past typically go to competitors but never again. My only feedback would be better location advertisement...have lived in the area for 8 years and just recently realized where it was. Tucked to far in the back with no visibility or sign from Saginaw St...had received advertisements multiple times and always said I have no idea where that is. Very glad I took the time to find it and will now be our go to

I have ordered from Cottage Inn before, the food is not the problem, the people running the place however are incompetent. I ordered a Large and Small Calzone, They delievered a Small Calzone and a Large Pizza with all the toppings I had asked for on the Large Calzone, and the box even said large calzone on it. So instead of making me a calzone they made me a pizza, gave me no discount after having to wait 45 more minutes to get my calzone, and took away the pizza they had given me. This is no customer service! The food is good but the service is terrible not to mention the delivery drives obnoxiously loud car that sounds like a tanker just pulled in your driveway.

So I am a loyal faithful customer. Tonight I ordered the same thing I usually get and they were over an hour and a half late with delivery. They got my address wrong and I was like its no big deal just give me a some money off the bill. Food got there and they comped my whole meal. People do make mistakes but the food the service is great!

Ordered a pizza with multiple toppings, a couple of other items, and paid a hefty price. I was expecting quality pizza, however toppings were light, sauce was barely there, tasteless cheese, tasteless pizza. No flavor. This will be the last pizza I buy from Cottage Inn. I would not recommend ordering from Cottage Inn.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I do not remember the name of the cashier, but she was the sweetest! Food was great! I ordered the everything inn stix and was soooooo happy with my choice! Thank you Grand Blanc Cottage Inn for making our dinner delightful!

They deliver to Goodrich, the toasted Italian sub is always a home run. They said.45 minutes, it was more like 25. Pleasant delivery guy on a snowy day. Im sure th ride was not fun.
