If I could give them zero stars I would, This was my first experience at this wing stop and the customer service was horrible! The employees clearly lack training and were very unprofessional and rude. One employee in particular, her name is Layla was extremely sarcastic with a smile on her face. There was no manager or supervisor on shift. I then stepped outside to call the customer service number and place a complaint when I could clearly see them laughing and whispering, Layla shrugging her shoulders as if she did not care. I will never go to this wing stop again, it is very obvious they have poor management if there are hiring employees who behave in such manner. **worst experience ever**

Went on a friday night for the munchies after catching a sesh and staff was lacking on coming to the counter to place my order (after having the lack of skill on how to delete a regular drink from a previous customers order). After we order we waited a good 15+ minutes to get our food to be on our way. Food was very delicious dont get me wrong but the lack of staff took a big part of my experience and this location. 3* please step it up.

Worst wingstop ever.Every time Ive gone there is some kind of problem. Customer service is bad, tried giving them another chance today called to place an order because I was around and they had me waiting forever ended up hanging up and not ordering. NEVER AGAIN.

Its amazing how you can take three food options (boneless wings, bone-in and tenders) and fill an entire menu board with a complex web of options. Ordering ahead online is definitely recommended to avoid a wait once you finally decide what you want.

I love this location. The service is really pleasant and the restaurant is really clean. Just add 4 or 5 minutes to your wait time if they look busy. I order food here every 2 week for my employees and Ive never had a bad experience.

The wings are good here, but the service is usually terrible during night hours. I usually place my order online, and still have to wait 20 minutes after the estimated time. The service is pretty bad.
