This location isnt as busy as other Old Chic places Ive visited. Seating time was good but they had to clean off a table for us. I was very hungry and low sugar when I went in there, which made me ask for something quick to start with. When I asked for breadsticks ...the server said she didnt like the bread/cheese offering so I should order something she likes better like, the artichoke dip (wait, are you joining us?) for a $10 uptick. The calzones were late, and only warm. Probably wont make a trip back to this one.

Absolutely the slowest meal service ever. It was noon but not busy. The server took our drink order and brought beverages and then disappeared for 15 minutes. Apparently understaffed because it took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering. We got our food 5 minutes after the table next to us, which ordered at least 10 minutes after we did. When it finally arrived it was not hot. No explanations, no manager, no nothing. Never going back.

I absolutely love this Old Chicago! The service is great, and management and staff are amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. Now as for food and beer..... Oh my gosh I just love everything about all of the meals. Ive never ate at an Old Chicago before this one and I have never had any issues with them at all. This location will forever be my absolute favorite!

Wow the restaurant is awesome. They messed up on the pizza we ordered with red peppers which I am allergic, but my friends are not. Manager noticed me not eating, asked what was wrong and I told him, he deeply apologized and said I will get you a personal pizza and make it without peppers. He insisted for 4 min with me. Wow what a great place and people

Good food! Did you know they have a card that you can get for lots of deals? Our waiter shared that info with my husband and I tonight for dinner. Im so glad he waited on us because we come here all the time and Im disappointed that we havent been enjoying the rewards. We will be back! Hopefully we will have the same waiter. He was awesome!

Always have loved every Old Cs Ive gone to. This one is fairly new and still one of the best places to go to for great food, beer and a good time! Watching football on their excellent tvs (multiple screens and never a bad angle as there are so many!). Staff is friendly and funny. Great prices for what you pay for. Never a bad time.

Got sick there yesterday October 22, 2016. Only thing my husband ate all day. He got sick after eating a salad. Almost went to urgent care, but didnt. Feels better today. My food was barely warm. Closer to room temp. Also, our server had bad hygiene. Disappointed, will not ever return.

Charges kids meals 1 item at a time, so its the same price as a regular entree once all said and done. There pizza sizes are smaller than youd think. 21.00 for 6 pieces of OK pizza is not worth it. 11.00 for 9 wings is outrageous. Wont be back... go to buffalo wild wings next door.

So I just waited 20 extra minutes for my take out order. When I ordered my food they said 6:30 & didnt bother to call and lets us know that it would be longer then they acted as if I was an inconvenience for ordering out. Oh and the manager just ignored everyone and cleaned tables.

This new location offers the same food and quality as the other locations. Service was OK at the bar, but the bartender seemed to have friends there and so spent more time there than with other customers at the bar. Food was good, beer selection was good.

My husband and I had our first date night in about a year, we ate here before our movie and ended up having to leave the movie 15 min in we were both so sick. The only thing we both ate was the artichoke dip. I will never go here again.

These guys rock me and my wife have been coming here since they opened. The food is always good especially the late night food give props to those guys making good food late. Hard for a lot of other places to do. Love this place.....

Horrible experience no manager or poor managing. Waited 30 minutes for our food watched as tables were not cleared arou d us as we were there 1 1/2 hours. Poor service. Poor food. Very disappointed in this location. Will not go back

Food is always good, service is typically slow unless you sit at the bar though. Bartender chris always takes care of me when Im in. The rotation of tap beers are always new. Gotta love the local brewerys they have on tap also.

The food at the RiverPoint location is always good. Oir usual waitress, Annie was out today. Unfortunately the service was weak and not personable at all. Alot of run by our table. The tea has been sitting and very bitter.

Old Cs always has great food and this new location is following suit. EVERYTHING feels really cramped in the bar area though. They could do with getting rid of a few tables. Other than that no issues. Definitely be back.

Great food and atmosphere! However service was pretty slow. Wouldve been 5 stars if it didnt feel like or server forgot about us a couple times. There food is to die for though, so it was well worth it.

Dont go here with a large party. I have been here twice with parties of 10+ people. Each time I came we waited over an hour to get our food and by the time the food got to us it was just warm.

This is a small bar with decent food. Most of the seating is high chair bar seating, so not good if you have small children or need a high chair as you may wait longer for a booth seat.

We dont feel you can go wrong with Old Chicago - its always yummy, a great place to watch the game, and plenty of beers on tap! This one has been remodeled and is really nice inside.

This location just opened Fall of 2016. Their staff has been super friendly. Side salads are always crisp and pizza is always delicious. Were happy they brought back the veggie 7!

I like the pizza here. The service is decent could be faster though. Other than that, no real complaints to speak of. Clean restaurant, friendly staff.
