I used to work here and the amount of flies and moths that make there way into that 100 year old building during the summer is alarming. While working with 30-50 insects flying around the building its hard to keep them from getting into the dough. The amount of insects that make there way into the dough and out the door is disgusting. The health department needs to shut this place down

Its hard to find a solid bakery this side of the Mississippi, especially being from the northeast. This place is the only quality bread I have had since moving. The only bread you ever need to get from this place is the potato loaf. I usually like to switch things up but I will never order anything else, its that good. **They do not accept cards...go in with cash!!**

Superb bread. Fresh soft, tasty. Even carries a subtle aftertaste that kept me coming back for more. The coconut cookies were equally spectacular. An abundance of flavors and fresh ingredients that could only come from a chef that truly cares. This place is 6 stars, check it out.

Just bought some of their bread, fresh in the morning. Definitely excellent bread, much better then whole foods, possibly best in Denver. Not too sour. Heavy, yet soft inside with a nice crust outside. They were nice enough to let me in 15 min before opening time.

Excellent from scratch bread that is great for sandwiches. They also prepare pizza dough and have delicious baked goods. They do not accept credit or debit cards, but take checks or cash.

Such good, solid bread: soft and fluffy with a crunchy crust. Great flavor - love the rosemary and sourdough breads. Havent tried their sweets yet.
