This place is the worst ever. Bad bad bad customer service. First, I came in, no greeting. However, there was a lady who was making drinks. That was fine with me I guess. I grabbed pudding and stood at the register. She didnt say anything. There was a phone right at the register. The phone rang and she picked up. After finished, she just walked away. Didnt even ask me anything. I just walked out of the store. Bad customer service ever. There are a couple of bakery sandwich stores nearby where they have way better service. DO NOT go to this place. This place is trash!

First off, I love bahn mi. Ive tried most places off federal and tried this one most recently to check out something new. I rate this a 3 because while they seem authentic the selection is minimal (no grilled pork?!), The sandwhiches are smaller, and the veggies didnt seem fresh. The place is fast and they do offer a call in offer. Theyre also about .75 cheaper than the other two places I frequent. Im rating this purely on the bahn mi, I will probably still try this out again for something different

My friends and I decided to see what the hype was all about. Well, it was definitely with the wait. I ordered the Ménage A Trous and mm mm mm - add the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers for an extra kick!! Plus, we met Ike himself when he was giving us our order. Loved it. Thank you for the great service, food, and experience! Will be back the next time were in CO!

The younger fluent English speaking girl in the front is as rude as can be. Maybe she had a bad day but she couldve faked a smile. The sandwiches are not good. There are way better places. Ive never seen chicken banh mi the way they make it here. Its not marinated or grilled. Its chopped up and pale. Looked like dog food. Never again.

Great sandwiches (most $3-$3.50), decent drinks but over priced (most $3). HOWEVER, the place seems to be get the accidental ignorant americant that understands nothing of Asian culture and gets butthurt when they dont get their hand held all the way thru ordering a simple yet awesomely tasty sandwich.

Pretty good Banh Mi sandwiches. I got the chicken and my friends tried a sampling of other meats. They werent huge fans of the pate but liked the pork. The bread is tasty, I love the pickled carrot and daikon, and all in all its a quality sandwich and I loom forward to checking the place out.

Though I guess the counter girl was mean to "Vanessa" how anyone could give 1 star is beyond me. Great prices at just over 3 bucks. And incredible baguettes and fresh veggies. No they arent the most friendly people, but they are slinging amazing sandwiches out at three bucks a pop.

The quality and flavors are true to the cuisine. Cheap, honest , great humble food. The bread is amazing and service was great too. I saw Lots of different types of customers walking in at lunch time. Dont be afraid of the language barrier or new flavors.

This is my favorite Banh Mi place in Denver so far. My go to is the Dac Biet (Combination) with extra Pate. I usually get it on the go so Im in and out of there very quickly. But the little time that I do spend there the staff is friendly and curtious.

the service is horrible. the girl i believe is the owner acts like its her god given right to be rude. even if their food is good, i dont even feel like stepping foot into this establishment. i dont even want to look inside and see that girls face.

You want service, go back to NYC. My belly was serviced for $3 of excellent sandwich down to the last bite. The curry beef jerky was also great! Six stars, a must try. NOT OPEN TILL 7..
