Let me start by saying, the cake is delicious. No doubt about it. That is the sole reason for me to go there. However, every of my visits to this outlet has been unwelcoming and somewhat depressing. Its not like i storm to the store like a crazy mad lady, in fact i actually came in happy, cheery and greeted the sales people FIRST. Instead of receiving a nice warm greeting, none of the people behind the counter smile or took hid of my presence. The store was empty, nobody was there except another couple who was just leaving after a purchase. I was the only customer there yet i was treated as if i was invisible. When i went up to one of them, he (or is it a she) pretended to be busy doing some paperwork and i have to say hi, excuse me, and he lazily responded yes can i help youuuuuu And i told him, i was an eclub member and from what ive been told from the website that you get a free bundlet on your birthday. And he ask if i get a notification on my email, and i said no because ive check many times and i did not get any email from them. But I KNOW i am an eclub member because i received newsletters all the time. He looked at me as if im a fraud. So i told him its okay im just going to purchase a cake and i brb with my husband because he was waiting in the car. Came back with my husband and baby and they both look at us like we are not welcome here. So my husband said we are going to purchase the red velvet. The salesperson took the cake and my husband paid for it. He didnt say thank you or have a nice day or happy birthday. Nothing. We left and they go back doing whatever they were doing..nothing. Its depressing for a happy looking bakery. My birthday felt depressing, my (our) presence felt unwelcome. I really hate to say this, but it felt as if its because of my skin color. Walnut creek is predominantly a white upper class shopping area, and i can understand why perhaps that is the reason i was unwelcome. I was there on 12/03 at around 3pm. This visit was the worst of all other sad visits.

While I agree that the cakes are very good, I was disappointed with the staff. I went in to get a dozen bundtinis and they were out of the Chocolate Chocolate Chip, which was really the only flavor I wanted, so I asked when they would have more and was told they would have more the next day. I asked if I could just come and pick up my order then and was told that would be fine. So I set up to pick them up the next morning. I arrive and am told they dont have any of the Chocolate Chocolate Chip, that they ran out the night before. Really?!?! Thats why I am here to pick them up now, because you said you would have more! Very frustrating. If youre not going to have what I want by the time I say I can come and pick them up, just tell me and I will come when you actually do have what I want! Its not that difficult! Because of this I will never go back :(

Our other bakery closed down a week before our wedding, while frantically trying to find another baker that wouldnt charge an arm and a leg for a last minute cupcake order we came across Nothing Bundt Cake. They got us in for a tasting the very next day. Their cakes are amazing! Even better than the bakery we had previously hired. The staff was extremely accommodating considering everything was last minute. Everything was reasonably priced. I dont think well be buying cakes from anywhere else from now on.

My friend ordered a 2 tier bundt cake for her wedding reception. It was given to her with the top bundt falling off the small cardboard round. The store did nothing to fix it. After taking the plastic wrapping off (that took a bunch of the icing with it!) The top bundt had crushed the bottom bundt and the cake is literally ruined. This bride is very laid back and making the best of the situation but it doesnt change the fact that her wedding cake is destroyed. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I didnt want to do the traditional Fondant frosted tower cake for my wedding, so I ordered from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Westminster. The staff was great! We were able to do a tasting to narrow down the flavors before ordering. I ordered the drizzle frosted tiered bundt cake and Bundtinis, which are so elegant looking as it is. Everyone loved them at the reception! Oh, did I mention they are cheaper than wedding cupcakes?? Because they are! And they taste soooo good!

Altgough I love their products this review is specifically for the great staff at the Westminster, CO location. I had locked my keys out of my car while tending to my sweet tooth and they were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. Of course while waiting for a locksmith my phone ran of batteries and they let me hang in the shop and borrow a charger for my phone! Thank you for your kindness :)

Whats in these cakes, crack cocaine? I try not to go in, but then I do. I try not to buy anything, but then I do. I cant help it! Im getting a massage next door and invariably Im thinking about cake. Dont like cake? First of all, whats wrong with you? Second of all, they have chocolate covered popcorn. Im pretty sure there is crack in that, too.

Great bundts! So far, lemon is my favorite, but every flavor Ive tried is delicious - especially with that frosting! I took two of the 8 inch cakes to a family gathering, and both were gone in minutes. The service is great - everyone was very friendly and helpful. I only wish the location was closer to my neighborhood!

Yummy, yummy... super moist cakes. Loved the flavors I tried. Pumpkin is great, loved the red velvet and the white chocolate ras. was good too. Really liked the icing. The staff is very nice and friendly too! My kids shared thier buntlets with me, and will be ordering a Birthday cake soon!

Been here a few times to enjoy these delicious bundt cakes. Tastes great every time. Staff is friendly. Ive tried the lemon, white chocolate raspberry, and red velvet. Have not been disappointed yet. Frosting is a creamy velvety cream cheese with butter (yum!).

Wow, best cake ever, every variety I have tried is great! So, moist. Just wish they had a yeast free version for the one member of my family with an allergy. Even so, GREAT cakes! The White Chocolate raspberry is a favorite at our house.
