I was not expecting to be handed a wait in line buzzer thing when I walked in the door. Expected wait time was 15 min. 15 min later my girlfriend and I got a seat and waited another 5 minutes for our server, she brought water. I ordered coffee & she let us look at the menu. Waited another 10 minutes for her to come back with coffee & take our order. I asked about their gluten free menu (because they say they have many GF options!); they have a GF english muffin & pancakes, thats about it. So I ordered the special of a meat lovers omlet with no cheese (Im lactose intolerant) & my girlfriend ordered an avacado salad. We waited forever for the food to come out. It should not have taken that long to cook because the restraunt was emptying out at 1:45pm. I drank all my coffee (oh they have no non-dairy creamer also) & both my girlfriends and my water glasses were mostly empty when the food came out (by a food runner, not the waitress; who just dropped it off and didnt ask if we needed anything else). During that time I waved at the waitress several times for more coffee & water but I dont know if she ignored me or didnt see me; which would have been hard to not see me because she tended the table with 8 people right next to us non-stop. We were half way done with our meal by the time she walked by and asked if I waned more coffee. Of course I did, its only been empty for 20 minutes! 5 minutes later she brings the coffee. 2 minutes later were done eating and sat another 5 min before getting the check. I would have called over a manager, but never saw one. She finally brings the check and I throw my card in it without even looking at the bill because I just want to get this over with and leave. She said shell be right back.....5 min later she finally comes back with my card (Ill be watching my statement carefully to make sure she didnt clone my card). It was over-priced as hell: $28.11 for a very small omlett that was nothing special, an avacado salad that was just ok, and a cup of coffee that was empty most of the meal. I gave her 0.88 tip to round up to $29 because Im not a total monster & explained why on the receipt. Ive gone to other brunch restraunts & have gotten two huge meals with coffee that was never empty, spent less money, and didnt have to wait at all. We will never go here again.

Good food, poor service. After having had this place recommended by a friend for breakfast, I finally decided to check it out today, and was disappointed. This place is extremely busy and I had a 25min wait time to be seated (I didnt mind), but they sent you to a bar area where they made you wait for a table to become available. The person behind the bar was aloof and inattentive, as she was just cleaning the bottles, and took 10min to realized more people were sitting down there. When I was finally seated, I asked for some coffee, and that in itself took longer than it should have, and the coffee that the server brought was cold. It was cold to the touch and you could tell that itd been sitting there for some time. I asked to get a new cup of coffee, and the guy said sure, but it seemed like he had forgotten about it, as I had to ask for a second time to get more coffee. The food overall was good, but the meat that came with the meal, was not high quality, as a third of it was fat/fatty meat. At the end of the meal, the server offered to get me a to-go cup of coffee, to which I said sure. After waiting 10min and seeing the server walk back and forth multiple times, I gave up waiting for him to actually follow through on something and left.

The cooking at this location has really gone downhill. The service is and has always been friendly and accommodating, but the quality of the meals has drastically declined. I used to never have any issues here. The eggs were always cooked thoroughly, and the Rocky Mountain Corned Beef Hash always came out with a little crisp to it. Recently, my eggs have been undercooked (leaking white stuff when ordered over medium) and the hash has come out like sloppy mush. I also had a side of cold biscuits & gravy make it to my table during the same visit with undercooked eggs. I didnt say anything at the restaurant because I hate when people are trying to squeeze free food out of a bad experience, and I did not want to give that impression. This morning, I overheard a marathon runner request a small amount of cayenne pepper for his juice (strange? sure.), and the server came back to tell the man that the cook refused to give it to her. I dont know if theres a new cook, or what is going on, but it seems like things just arent the way they used to be. Hopefully it changes, because this used to be my favorite breakfast spot.

The wait to be seated was worth it. Burritos were great. I like the heat in the green chili but was a little too much for some. Waiter said burrito was larger than the tacos but the order of soft tacos looked like quite a bit of food. The hash brown were a huge hit that everyone liked. Corned beef hash was different in the way the meat was cut and had some good heat to it, delicious. The last meal was grilled cheese the looked great and was all gone before our desert showed up. Ordered the flight of pancakes for 5 to share. There is three pancakes so tried blueberry, strawberries cheese cake and chocolate chips. Everyone had their favorite but all the pancakes were nice and fluffy. Hostess way overestimated the wait (so glad:) by 30 min. There is a wait at least till 11 not sure if early is better but it is worth it if you have time, we left the first attempt trying to eat here not wanting to wait. Waiter was ok keeping drinks full but all the meals came out hot. Prices were mostly below $9 a plate but not much breakfast meats with the meals which probably helps the price and my health.

Good food, terrible service. Usually Over Easy is a good choice for a quick to-go breakfast, but not today... I called my order in, was told it would be 7-12 minutes, and I informed the employee we were on our way now, to which he responded with an "Awesome, see you soon!" When we got there, it was super busy by the small area where to go orders are supposed to wait, so we waited at the bar and were told by the bartender that we could not sit there because we were not eating in. After waiting 20 minutes, she asked where our order was and then found out it was never entered. The guy who took our order was like "Oops!" and put the order in. The bartender said that she was going to inform the Manager, but that did absolutely nothing. The Manager never came over to apologize or even acknowledge a mistake was made. Then when the server brought us our food, I informed him we had waited 30 minutes for a TO-GO order and I didnt think we should have to pay full price, of course he said there was nothing he could do and we had to pay. Again, the Manager never acknowledged us.
