I live right down the street from this location so the convenience of going there was great. That fact that they get my order wrong almost every single time...not so much. I hadnt been to this location for a month due to what I just described but I thought I would give them another shot. This morning, Friday, September 5, 2014 I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with medium smear plain cream cheese and a medium white chocolate mocha. I pull up to the window to pay and get my order and the woman hands me my drink. I noticed that a little spilled and it was dark colored. I asked her if this was a white chocolate mocha and she said yes. I took her word that maybe it was something else. I received my bagel and was on my way. I get to work and after opening the office I sat at my desk to take the first drink and what do I get...regular black coffee! I pull out my bagel to see if was correct and what do I get...my sesame bagel with NOTHING on it! I am 4 months pregnant and all I wanted was a bagel and something warm to drink today on this chilly day. Why is that so hard? Never again. Im done with at least this location.

Bagels are good, coffee sucks. Ive tried a few different blends and specialty coffee. They either taste watered down so much or they taste burnt. Second visit. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and asked them specifically "go easy on the cream cheese" they proceeded to lop on a very generous portion on cream cheese. I asked them kindly to change it. They did so, but as I was waiting a teenager behind the countered proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I didnt word it correctly. I didnt give him the courtesy of a response because I knew the lady taking my order was barely listening to my order. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 2 star. They keep getting worse.

Love Einsteins, but this particular location in Englewood that I frequent on weekends has recently changed their coffee counter from self serve to full service. This means that I now have to ask someone to mix up my personal favorite blend of vanilla/hazelnut and french roast. I always seem to get a youre high maintenance look. But I am not...Just let me pour my own darn good coffee please!

I went in the afternoon for my Lunch. I ordered a Spinach Bacon Panini. When i got back to my desk to eat my lunch. There was no bacon. The sauce which makes the sandwich as good as it is, was barley spread on the sandwich. The Spinach was laid across the top of the egg instead cooked inside the egg. Very disappointing to spent $10 on Lunch, and dislike the taste.

I have two closer Einsteins to me but travel to this one. It appears that there is no consistant requirements for Einsteins, this one is an exception. Newly remodeled and a amazing staff. I will say that the coffee was better before the change to Caribou coffee but its tolerable. But then I dont like Starbucks either.

Im surprised by the mixed reviews! I come here all the time for coffee, and Ive always had a good experience. For staff meetings (like today) I actively chose to go to this location to get a couple dozen bagels and coffee. Theyre always so helpful and usually even offer to carry my bags to my car. Really great service!

Guys behind bar yelling about how to run the oven. Out of like 5 different bagels (plain, sesame seed, and other basic types). At 1:30pm literally every table wasnt wiped. My chair had cream cheese on it. I never leave 1 star reviews, but whoever is managing this operation is really doing a rough job.

Decent bagels at an OK price. Nothing out of the ordinary here as far as Einstein Bros. goes. I have never been inside. Drive-through only for me so far. The drive-through can slow down and get backed up at times, but the staff is always very friendly and the coffee hot.

This was one of my favorite places to come for quite a while. Recently, however, Caribou Coffee remodeled and replaced the Einstein Brothers coffee with their own. Bagels are still the ones we know and love but the coffee leaves MUCH to be desired.

Good food as long as you want everything on a bagel. If they offered a non bagel substitute itd be a 5 but I guess that goes against brand. Unfortunately that means some items here are dominated in calories and flavor by the bagel itself.

Great bagels. Need to speed up their service to accommodate the people that come in. Took FOREVER..20-30 MIN for 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. The wait is a deterrent for not going more often. Go early as they run out of bagels.

This Einsteins has excellent service and is always clean. But, its located on a busy intersection, so getting into the parking lot is awkward. They do have a drive thru window.
