This is the absolute worst B.K. Ive ever had the misfortune of visiting. It was lunch hour, there were 7 people in line and one very dis shoveled person waiting on the line. There were at least 10 people on staff plus the manager. The manager came up front twice to give pennies. She was asked for help, but she ignored the request. The other staff was just bouncing off of each other, looking like pinballs but doing nothing. Others were just fraternising with the older people in the restaurant or just doing nothing. After the order taker coughed up a loogie in her hand and being in line for over 10 minutes without being noticed, I hot the hell out of there.

Horrible service. The woman told us three times she would be with us. We waited ten minutes and listened to the radio. She told us we were blaring music in her ear and to get out of her drive through. She told us we were bossy and rude. We only asked if she was still there because we were waiting so long. She did the same thing to the car behind us. Turns out she was the manager. I have also heard that they sell heroine out of the back and there is a lot of drug use by the employees. Disgusting service....

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! No bacon on my Texas whopper, large fry carton was filled with only a quarter of French fries. Theyre in such a hurry to get you out of the drive through that your order is messed up. I noticed the mistakes when I got home, sixteen miles away and wasnt about to go back. The fry situation is just plain laziness! Clearly they didnt have enough fries for a large and just gave me what little amount they had left instead of having me wait for a new batch.

Must of the time when we come here it is for an iccee treat. VERY frequently either one or both iccee machines are not working, whatever the reason. A few weeks ago my boys and I went there for a few of them and only cherry was working. The lady in drive thru said coke hadnt been working all day. Then she realized nobody plugged it in. She said I could wait at least 15 min for the machine to start freezing the mix.

Everytime i go to this god forsaken place they take forever and on top of that their employees are rude stuck up teenagers. They also never have their shake machine up and running anymore and their broilers go down far too much. All this after the remodel. I have been through here plenty of times. But they seemingly keep getting worse. How can you call yourselves Burger King and not have any burgers?

Stopped by the drive thru to grab a quick lunch and automatically shut my truck off so the order taker could hear me enough; it had to have took 2 or 3 times every item chosen for them to hear me and once I recieved the order and made it home, I found out that all the pop ordered tasted like a mixture of Mr pibb, coke and it was all flat, the food ordered was wrong and cold.

Went through the drive through last night and they took the order of the car in front of me, but when I pulled up to the order screen no answer. After asking if anyone was there for a few minutes, I was told they wouldnt be taking any more orders. The health department should probably shut this place down because whenever I go inside it is absolutely trashed.

This place is nasty worst burger king I have ever been to they will sell you a stale dry burger exactly the way you dont want it and I would highly recomend not asking them to fix it ((they will spit in your food)) just dont bother stopping by this dump unless you like to be sick. Best burgers in Brighton are "big daddys" or "jack in the box"

This burger king is horrible!! We went there on veterans day and people workibv there were ectremely rude and unprofessional!! The lady slammed the window in my face as i was trying to talk to her and then threw my food at me. I had to catch myself from ripping the drive thru window off. Manager was standing right there and said nothing!

Terrible. Not only is the line slow, but the staff is not properly managed and incompetent. We ordered 4 bacon cheese burgers and 2 rodeo burgers with cheese. We got 2 cheese burgers and 4 rodeo burgers with no cheese. That coupled with the 30 minute drive thru line for 3 vehicles. Never again. I would rather flame broil myself.

Sat at the drive thru for several minutes at 1030 one night with no response. Drove forward a little to see two workers dilly dallying through the window. Previous visits the french fries are rarely fresh, rude employees, and dirty dining room. Done with this BK. Also, google is evidently bad at math averaging these ratings.

My nuggets were cold, old and stuck together and to make it worse when I called to complain they took forever to anwer and the lady was rude...didnt care to hear bout it and quickly said if you have reciept and food Il replace for you...Im already on highway I aint going back. Brighton bk is the WORSE I ever been too!!!!

I wouldnt even give it a star but i have to to leave a comment.any way my grand daughter just went to get me an ice cream cone as i was eating it i noticed a black dot catefully looked at it to find it was a fly...how disgusting is that..to think i would of ate it if i wouldnt have checked it.. Disgusted & disappointed..

The past 3 visits my drinks have not been filled to the top. I love my soda!! I went today and my cherry Icee wasnt filled to the top either and my side salad was pretty empty too!! Oh and cant forget dried burnt nuggets?? Whats going on with Brighton BK!!

Food was fresh, wait not too long. Too bad we did not get what we had ordered. Ordered a side order of cheesy tots with our order to try them as they were new and limited time. We got chicken fries instead, which were good but NOT what we ordered.

First time I came here I was given attitude by the woman taking my order. Younger girl with short red white hair. Just because she had trouble hearing me. Other time I showed up at 1120 pm and they were already closed. Thanks
