While searching for a place to go eat just now, I come across this steakhouse. It took me back to a couple of months ago when my family and I decided to give this place a try. It was a Sunday afternoon and usually most placed around this area are packed at this time. However, Outback didnt seem too busy. They had about 5 total cars in the lot, and we where all starving. I was sceptical wondering why there werent many customers during this time. We decided to go in anyway. The atmosphere was dim, gloomy, just dead. There was a person at the bar a couple people at a table and a couple at a booth. In my mind i was like, okay were here and hungry lets just give this a try. We wait for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and seat us, nothing. Finally someone shows up telling us someone else well seat us shortly, there preparing us a table. That was really annoying considering the place is dead! There were a few employees just hanging out chit chatting, and still no one seating us. After 15-20min of waiting , I took it as a sign from God telling me, "get the hell out of here while you still can and dont look back!" Im glad we did because Red Lobster seated us in about 10minutes of our arrival and the food was great.

Me and my girlfriend came from out of town to get some seafood before a movie for our date night. We got in and waited 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. During this time my girlfriend went to use the restroom where she slipped and fell and hurt her knee and her hip. We both keft nwgative reviews but i was never contacted but my girlfriend was. After the manager barely showed enough responsibility to call and make things right. He offered us a free dinner, but after the servoxe and injury we declined. Corporate did call and we talked to lizbit hamilton and pablo falcon they are not going to help with said injury. It has caused missed work and missed school from a graduate level program. This place is a liability to your health through cold food and a dangerous environment that may cause personal injury. But it is ok with the managers there! After waiting 20 minutes the waitress came and brought us our cold food. It was ok, it lacked flavor and looked like it was thrown together. We will not be here to eat again.

While I have been here several times over the years, I am genuinely appalled by my last experience there this evening. While the bartender was great, the actual bar top smelled horrendous. I mean unbearably putrid; like a mixture of vinegar and rot, I cant even begin to describe it. I wondered if it was just my imagination, but then a couple ladies sat down a few feet away from me and immediately commented on it as well, and even mentioned it to the bartender, who said it was related to the glass cleaner drains right at the bar. Ive sat at many bars with similar setups that did NOT smell anything like that, something must be done to fix that because it drove me away when I had intended to stay for longer. Additionally, my caesar salad tasted bitter and foul, like the lettuce or dressing had gone bad. Thankfully the steak was delicious, my only reason for giving this review 2 stars rather than 1, but I certainly will not be returning to this restaurant after my experience. Absolutely awful.

It shouldnt get one star... but this place is a JOKE!!! waited for almost an hr to be seated.. once we were seated we waited for another 30 mins to even order our drinks. then when the girl bought out our drinks, but the time the girl came back for a drink she forgot, then when after ten - fifteen mins later she comes back with to order food... By this time i had enough time to drink my drink and order another one... when i order my outback burger, i ordered it well done. after an hour waiting to eat. then bought out my burger and i cut it out. it was pink... i regusted they fix it after ten mins later he comes back with the SAME patty and i cut it again it was the same patty u could see where i cut it before... i then reguested it to be a new burger. after everyone was done eatting. they bought out my burger new burger this time and i was soo discourged and disgusted then i just wanted to leave... I DO WORK

Tried it twice hoping my experience the first time was a fluke but it was just as disappointing the second time. On both visits the first item I ordered was unavailable, but this is something I didnt find out for 5-10 minutes after ordering my meal. On the first visit it took me 3 times to finally get an order placed, and even then I had to send my steak back because medium rare looked like it hadnt seen a grill even and was cold to the touch. On my second visit my wife got her salad and finished it before I got mine, which came out only about a minute before my meal came out. So now I have a steak sitting there getting cold and one of my sides is already cold. Another strike was with our most recent waiter who didnt know any of the dressings besides ranch and waited until my wifes salad came out to even bring us our drinks or the bread. Doubt Ill be going back anytime soon.

Read all the reviews - they are right. Ruined my night - out of town on business and my wife came in and this is where we chose to eat. On a tight schedule. WHAT A FOOL. I wish there was a minus star. I made a non-reservation reservation on their waiting list 8 hrs in advance. I arrived 5-6 minutes early. There were only 3 couples waiting so I should have gotten a table. NOPE. There was a huge influx of people and my name stayed at the bottom of the list. I spoke with the complete idiot female (so you know who I am talking about) manager and she was not bright enough and wouldnt stop talking long enough to hear my complaint about not getting a table. Ruined my night. In all fairness the owner contacted me to make it right (which I doubt) I did not accept. Read the reviews of the place

Id give this zero stars if I could. I ordered the Aussie Chicken Tacos. Their definition of a taco is a dried up small tortilla with 2 pieces of grilled chicken with a tiny bit of cheese melted at the bottom. Thats it. Unless you ordered the "slaw" . Their pico de gallo was in a little clear cup and looked yellowish brown. My husbands burger looked like a 5 year old slapped it together. All messy, yellow lettuce, too much messy mayo, cold, just terrible. Half of my fries were burned and they were all semi-cool to the touch.Their complimentary bread was this dark brown loaf of bread that smelled like dirty feet. We ordered our order online. We will never order here again. This is below even poor service. The best part of our order was seriously, the root beers.

I would caution anyone from ordering take out from this location. We ordered a large (and expensive) meal for the whole family and I dont think anything was done correctly! In general it all tasted though it had been cooked the second I put the order in and left to sit out until my pickup time, even though I arrived early and waited around. It was stone cold by the time I got home (ten minutes away). In specific, our medium rare steak was medium well. Our cheese fries appetizer was a very skimpy portion and burned so badly the cheese was crispy. My ice cream was soup. Chicken was horribly overcooked and dry. Perhaps this location is better if you eat there and dont bring it home, but I dont plan to waste any money finding out.
