The absolute WORST experience Ive ever had Red Lobster, and a restaurant altogether. In fact, we left because after over 45 minutes we didnt have any food, the waitress never brought the hot water I asked for to warm my daughters food up, and she failed to bring biscuits twice. Not to mention the waitress had taken over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. And all the manager had to say when I walked up and asked for the bill for our drinks was "Ill take care of them my apologies". The restaurant is clean, but its obvious that management is piss poor and our waitress was one of the worst weve had too. Not sure if we were just treated badly because we were a mixed family with small kids, I try not to think that way, but Ive been in waitressing and know how people think and as a result I tip very well. Im very disappointed in our experience, so much so my next step is to contact corporate. This was just disgusting that, not only did we not get the same service as everyone else, but my family didnt even get to eat lunch. Unless you call lemonade & a biscuit lunch. Anyways, Ill never be back to this location and I hope someone finds this review useful.

Manager always stops by our table and is quite nice. We seem cursed going here for birthdays though. This year a drink man followed us through the parking lot and inside. A couple years ago some lady kept complaining to the manager that my dad was yelling, but every time they came by they didnt notice anything wrong. They even went as far as to ask other tables if we were loud and they all said that they never heard a peep from us. And since we didnt get moved to another section, this woman came and yelled at us the proceeded to call the cops on us. She told my dad he had better run because the cops were going to arrest him because of his record (be didnt have one but I assume she thought he did because hes black) and a table of police officers was sitting in our section and actually stayed to tell the police called what actually happened. The staff didnt really help us in either situation, but we do seem to have a string of bad luck here.

The only two things I dont like about Red Lobster are simple to fix. First off is the seating verses staff ratio. They only allow each server a certain amount of tables to serve. Doing this means that the customer has to wait in the lobby for a while to free up a table. We saw several clean empty tables while we stood around waiting. Wheres the incentive to get a bit more hustle out of the staff? We go there because were hungry. So greet us, seat us, and bring water and bread... We can see that its busy, but it makes us feel like leppers instead of guests when they have all that space and still have to wait. The second one is how they kill the fresh lobsters. They want to be humane, so they stab it in the head. This lets the natural juices out, and water in, diluting the natural flavor. Just drop em in the water... Theyre going to die quickly enough in boiling hot water.

Absolutely horrible we used to go twice a year for my husbands birthday and with a group we got together The last two time we went the staff dont care mangmemt dont care when we go we easily spend over 200 to 300 with everyone we bring and now they are suppose to be upscale and have gone to paper napkins wow cheap for a place that still charges over 25 for a plate of food steak isnt ever cooked right the crab was wayyy over.cooked and burnt ,"not sure how thats possible"! But eww when we told management they didnt care at all what a horrible.place it has become !! Not many good places in pueblo so this was a shame but i guess my 200 to 300 twice a year dont matter but if they keep it up then it will slowly add up and close so sad businesses used to care about there customers

where to begin...manager let everyone off for Christmas week and had a terribly understaffed restaurant on 12/26. I was waiting to be served for 2 hours. The food was salty, burnt, dried up. I feel like I was robbed. We spent over $100 to be disappointed, and served garbage. If the waitress wasnt as nice as she was I would have flipped out. Family next to us with kids waited an hour and a half before walking out. I had a miserable, terrible experience and will probably never come back unless I find out that they have a new manager that knows how to schedule extra people around the holidays.

Great environment. Good vibes. I used to make biscuits at Red Lobster, so I know how to make them good. I put in a request to have them made my way and the baker was impressed ! My secret is simple. I bake them on 375°, use double amount of cheese, and put cheese on top. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to send my Split King Crab was frozen. I am from Florida. I am used to fresh crab. Wasnt trying to be picky, but man after eating fresh crab you can never eat frozen again. Overall the restaurant has a good clean appearance. Nice people, and Manager! (:

All my family love the food, its father day, so all my family went there, when our food are just on the table, my husband went out to his car n grab his wallet, n the manager wont let him go back in to the restaurant, even his food is inside, even he doesnt eat at all, even all his family are inside of the restaurant, even he is the only one has money to pay the bills, but the manager wont let customer go inside, hes so rude, he even ask me n my family to leave! We go there every month, spend over $300 there, now theyll lose $300 a month, $3600 a year

Love Red Lobster in Pueblo if I could afford to eat out all the time my place to eat would be at Red Lobster for one because it is always clean and the staff are always very friendly OMG and the food is outstanding Love the Coca nut shrimp is my favorite. The waiter and waitresses are all very nice and make you feel right at home and the service is always very professional and besides the shrimp I also Love the bread and hot baked potatoes are awesome with a salad yum. It is a place I would recommend to family and friends.

Our food was horrible. Salt seemed to be the main ingredient! Crab fettuccine was swimming in butter and very greasy. Fish and chips was one piece of fish and some fries, seemed more like a lunch portion. The chip in my cocktail glass was big and sharp. The waitress walked by and took his beer glass without asking and it still had beer in it. We only ate approximately 1/ 4 of our food, declined a box and she never asked if there was a problem. Expensive considering the poor quality. Will never go back again.

I dined at this place a few days ago, it was packed so I sat at the bar. Ordered the salmon with sautéed shrimp, rice, Broccoli, and a mohito. My drink was strong and sweet, and my salmon was almost cooked to perfection. The shrimp was only slightly too salty, but flavorful and delicious. All my food came out piping hot and the manager spoke with me at length, even though he must have been busy. (Regrets for forgetting his name, thin, bald, about 57) Ill happily pay to eat at this place agin.
